I’ve only been twice having just found out that they were only a couple miles from my house and both times have been an excellent experience. I was greeted both times, literally less than a minute wait for a staff member to take my order and each time every person was very pleasant. The food was very fresh and it was even good for lunch the next day as well. Definitely will be my sandwich place around the corner.

I'm not sure on how your employee days were going but I did not feel welcome at all just the attitude all the by itself You have people walking into your store and you can't even get a smile You just get your food tossed around and throw it all around plus your fat food throat to you in a bag The worst customer service I have ever had without even having to say a word. Some people are just burnt out and don't like their job My suggestion to you is to find another one.

Just came from this place and it’s the last time I will ever go there again. First got a regular sub and the guy charged me for a giant, the bread is day old bread and hard as can be! When I walked into the place the employees had the music so loud you couldn’t even hear what you were saying and had every excuse in the book about it but turned it down just fine. This is the 3rd time I have been to this Jersey Mike’s so not like I went there once a posted a review. First time they didn’t even have bread at all, second time the bread was so hard when I got home I took everything off the sandwich threw the bread away and used my own bread. Needless to say, this is one place in Fort Pierce that will never get my business again.
The employees were super friendly from the moment we walked in. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend this location!

I gave 3 ONLY because I love Jersey Mikes salad. However, yesterday we arrived around 8:30pm and waited for the staff to finish cleaning before they even acknowledged we were there. Once they acknowledged us all I got was a blank stare. I then placed my order, while my order was being made, some other people walked in and the employees then started huffing and complaining under their breath and rolling their eyes. We could make out some remarks but still, it was very uncomfortable because it seems like they did the same when I arrived. I’ve worked in customer service before and have never been treated this way, or treated anyone in this way. I probably won’t come back because I just didn’t feel welcomed. This is the only time this has happened to me at this location.
