I gave 3 ONLY because I love Jersey Mikes salad. However, yesterday we arrived around 8:30pm and waited for the staff to finish cleaning before they even acknowledged we were there. Once they acknowledged us all I got was a blank stare. I then placed my order, while my order was being made, some other people walked in and the employees then started huffing and complaining under their breath and rolling their eyes. We could make out some remarks but still, it was very uncomfortable because it seems like they did the same when I arrived. I’ve worked in customer service before and have never been treated this way, or treated anyone in this way. I probably won’t come back because I just didn’t feel welcomed. This is the only time this has happened to me at this location.

Great service and good food. I have to compliment the young lady who dealt with the customer in front of me. The customer was very rude and the worker handled it like a champ. Great job to the young lady who kept her composure.

Food is delicious, but it's busy if you're eating there, there's a lot of foot traffic. It's better to take your sub back k to work or home to eat it.

We arrived at about 8:40 and waited about 5 minutes while watching the staff clean. Once we were greeted, we asked for a number 43 cheesesteak. They told us that we couldn’t get that because they’d already cleaned their grill. The lady told us she “wouldn’t recommend eating something off the grill after it’s been cleaned.” is whatever they are cleaning with not food safe? Since when does Jersey Mike’s turn customers away 20 minutes before close because they cleaned their equipment and don’t feel like cleaning it again? As someone who used to work at a Jersey mikes, that kind of service was NEVER allowed. You serve the customers until the last minute you are open. That’s called good service.

I walked in last night (Friday) not one person out of the four or five working said hello or greeted me at all, all I got was we ran out of bread. I shook my head then left. Customer Service has gone downhill here. End of story.

I dined in this jersey Mike's. My cheese steak was delicious! I was impressed by the teamwork in the crew and the manager leading the way. In addition, I observed the manager handling a situation with a customer that wasn't going to purchase anything and demanded to use an electrical outlet. The manager explained to him he couldn't use the socket for charging his phone I think. She handled it with complete professionalism.

They have no outlets to charge your phone or laptop!! Rude people at service counter. I don't recommend going to this establishment. I have been to other Jersey Mike's and had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I will not go back and tell all of my friends to avoid the rude service and attitude from the staff.
