I walked in and sat down with my service animal. Trish walked up and informed me that anything i got would have to be Togo because of my animal. I did not purchase anything from them and will not in the future. My animal is equal to ANY medical device, ie: seeing eye dog, oxygen tank, wheelchair.

As a retired military member with mobility issues I walk with a service K9 to help me with balance issues due to me missing a leg. I walked into the jetty and was told I needed to leave because they don't allow dogs. The bar tender was completely rude about it and did not even want to see the certificate proving my k9 is in fact a real service animal. I will be reporting this to the Americans with disabilities. I felt this to be a direct attack on someone with a disability and was completely uncalled for. I didn't make a scene, but want to let people with disabilities know this establishment is not friendly to those of us with disabilities.

Best best rum runners it's become one of my favorite spots they mix it just right! Drive thru window is so convenient seriously! The inside could be super crowded Haven't tried food but the frozen to go rum runners omg to die for! Price is good too! Location is cute!

Beware if you are not a local who's who. I typically get along with people anywhere i go, but this experience was different. A couple acted like we were friends until another person wanted to join in the round of shots that i was paying for. The gentleman (regular) claimed that he would buy 6 shots to equal the 6 i offered to include additional patrons to our trio until we had the drinks. Then claimed he already had his. I maintained my composure and stepped away from the group without consuming the shot I paid for. The female bar tender threatened to call the cops and blame the situation on me. I walked outside to my vehicle and watched one of their friends with his shirt off act 10 kinds of crazy in the parking lot. I was only there for a few drinks and to have a good time socializing while in the area. An attempt by the bartender and her friends to deceive me ruined the whole night for everyone. Hey, brunette bartender working on 10/20/24, next time blame the person at fault for creating the bad vibes instead of threatening to call the cops on the nice guy buying 6 people top shelf Tequila. Fortunately, it was my last night in the area and I have no plans to go back for obvious reasons. I hope the owner can use this review to create a culture welcoming to all people.
This place is a joke! Rum runners taste like chemicals and we got kicked out because we had two little 6# service dogs with us. We didn’t get kicked out until we payed… hmmm. Even though I told the bartender guy that they are service dogs and I have the cards he said he doesn’t care. They were not barking, we were carrying them so they were not doing anything wrong.
