I went in today while pregnant and craving a sandwich. Since I can only have deli meat that’s cooked, I asked if I could order a regular turkey and cheese sub heated. I was told they weren’t allowed to do that, and instead, I had to choose a sandwich that was already on their “toasted” menu. When I got home, the sandwich was completely cold definitely not safe for pregnancy. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially when clear communication and a small accommodation could have made a big difference. If you have dietary restrictions or special needs, I’d recommend Go to Subway, where they can accommodate your nutritional needs.”

Absolutely the worst sandwich I have had at a jimmy johns and close worst at any sandwich shop Ordered the veggie and it had mainly cheese and mayo- there was no avocado spread as it should have and like 5 shreds of lettuce 4 tiny slices of tomato including an extra tiny end piece- terrible. I ordered a pickle and it was missing from the bag so I went back in and watched her basically roll it around on the dirty cutting board while cutting it and then washed her hands and then someone else came over and rolled the pieces around some more before packing it up. The chicken bacon sandwich that was also order was the same- almost no lettuce or anything that should have been included. Total ripoff

So stopped in this Jimmy John’s in Fort Pierce . Super clean the only thing that I didn’t like was that Philly cheesesteaks were not on the menu. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a Cuban sub. Always delicious subs at JJ.

I had to ask the young man to wash his hands before preparing my sandwich. He took a phone order while interacting with his nose. He end the phone call and grabbed a pair of gloves. I asked him to please wash his hands. He was shocked. I said to him sir not trying to offend you. You’re handling food. Please train your employees in proper food handling.
I read the reviews before stopping by, wondering if I would have a similarly negative experience like many have posted. The complete opposite happened. The place was clean, with friendly and attentive staff, and the young man who made my sandwiches was professional, thorough, and pleasant. Sandwiches were very good and satisfying. The only negative is the prices seem a bit high.

They charge 9.00 for a sub that has one slice meat on the sandwich. You call and tell management and they said it’s correct. They charge extra for cheese and then don’t put it on. Worst sandwich establishment ever. Biggest waste of 42 dollars ever.
