The Best Homemade Ice Cream!!! The owner is wondering and really puts a lot of care in her store her customers and her employees. The ice cream is all carefully made in house and they are always making new and delicious flavors!!! My Favorite Place! Local Hangout!!!
Joy's is so freaking good!! Every time we're in town visiting family in Sebastian, we have to take the drive out to Joy's at least once. Thankfully, we arrived close to closing, so there wasn't a long line.
