I just went through the drive through and spent 23 bucks on a number 2 which has 3 pieces of chicken ( I asked for legs ONLY) a mash potato and a biscuit and also a crispy chicken sandwich meal with just mayo and a fry with a small coleslaw.
The coleslaw was missing and I had to turn a round to get that and I see the box for the 3 piece chicken with mash pot and biscuit. I get home I ONLY got 2 pieces of chicken no mashed potatoes and of course a fry was missing as well. I've been trying to call for the last 20 mins with ONLY a busy signal on the phone. I will NEVER be back.

I order 2-8 piece bucket of chicken so I could get 4 chicken breast went inside and I get back to my sister and there's no chicken breasts we was there at 545 I come down every year for thanksgiving this is the second time we order chicken from KFC and not gotten chicken breast can anyone tell me what is in 8- piece chicken bucket back home it would be be two chicken breast two legs two thighs two wings IV try calling the number on my receipt nothing noone answer what a bunch of BS

My coleslaw was spoiled and my chicken seems as though it was refried. The worker claims that her name is Darlene answered the phone rude. I've always came to the one on us1 and Delaware. Well not anymore. The worker was very rude acting as tho she purchased my food for me or it's her business. All I asked was my food to be replaced. Darlene if that's her real name is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I wouldn't want someone like her to represent my company. No wonder it's a HIGH hiring there. Bad ppl makes the business looks bad. Time I called 05:33pm 09/07/2023 that way the camera can see who answered the phone.

The food is okay. However the lady on the drive speak was unprofessional at this location. While placing our order you could sense her attitude and made the comment ā€œoh lord, anything else sir?!ā€ when my me and father added more items to order. Would I visit this location again, not anything soon. The food is okay and the old white guy at the window accidentally almost doubled charge us. But his energy was pleasant and he apologized.

My family and I came to this KFC right before closing and they had just ran out of chicken. Jerry, the assistant manager apologized about the inconvenience and dropped some chicken in the fryer for us! He and Sydney were beyond great, kind and wonderful. Good customer service EVERY time we come here Jerry seems to be the person always taking our order and at the window. It’s people like Jerry and Sydney that makes it worth coming back each time knowing they work there! The food is always delicious and they always get our order right. Thanks, Jerry and Sydney!!!

Dog Food. Actually, I would not feed this junk to an innocent dog. Do not go here. I just paid for a 12 piece combo meal. The nuggets had to be several days old. They were completely inedible. They were hard as a rock and smelled terrible. I tried three different nuggets, all were rotten. I basically threw $12 in the garbage. I will never eat at this place again. And I hope the health department pays them a visit soon.

Not sure what crawled up the drive thru girls behind but she didn’t want to take our order until we said hello, then she continued to rush us through ordering huffin and puffin while yelling at us that they do not have whatever comes out of our mouth. Once we got to the window my friend who was driving grabbed the drinks from the drive-thru lady who checked my friend and asked ā€œdid you just snatch that from me?ā€ not once but twice. I’ve worked fast food before and I understand that it isn’t a pleasure to work in but if you can’t be professional or atleast fake it towards customers you should be put in the kitchen or a position that is not face to face with customers then we were parked for over 25 minutes before having to ask someone where our food was at.

Ordered my food via doordash my chicken tenders were basically jerky it was so stale, you could see the lines from the rack from the heat lamp, they had clearly been sitting out all day. the chicken wasn't even warm it was barely room temp. The biscuits tasted like someone finely dusted them with a drink mix powder.

I was looking at the menu. I hadn’t even been in the driveway for five minutes and they told me the drive-through was broken because she didn’t want me to wait and look at the menu because I was not ready on her time. I was about to place a large order but forget that rude as hell rushing to take an order can’t even look at the menu.
