How is an employee gonna argue with me, be real rude with me, and comp an attitude for me not wanting ice in my drink; just make my drink with no ice please! Heavy set Haitian lady in drive thru told me your drink is already made; saying take it, forcing it on me like she paid for it herself. Then she had the nerve to say it's an expensive drink; which is all more reason to make it the way I wanted seeing how I'm the customer. On top of that she slammed the drive thru window like she had anger issues! Totally not the type of person you hire in a customer service based job! Horrible service!! By the way the drink is not expensive it came out of a soda fountain not even real lemonade SMH.

They are so slow here and get mad at you when they have to do the work they are paid to do . When you call the complaint line they act like they care , and take all the info and claim that someone above this store will call you but noone calls because noone cares ! This store needs to be shutdown and all new staff brought in .

Only reason I gave even one star so I can leave a review for the horrible food I received and when I called to speak with the manager I was told he’s working the drive thru he’s not gonna be able to come to the phone this is horrible customer service as well my biscuits are dry and hard while my pot pie is also hard and dry inside like it’s been sitting all day and they still served it to a paying customer. Food is expensive and should be served fresh and hot not old and cold also the manager never came to the phone very unprofessional

We ordered on the app and went to pick it up. My husband had to wait an additional 40 mins after the 30 mins we already waited. Not sure what the issue was but they had other people waiting also. One person behind the counter said idk what to do. Umm how about get the food out to the customers! Then it was an issue that one person said we got extra crispy the other said we didn't. I checked the order on my phone and didn't see where we ordered extra crispy but would of been fine with it if that's what they had. My husband said there was an issue with one of the fryer and they were trying to talk to someone on their cell phone but I am sure they had other fryers to use . Not sure we would go back to the one again.

Don’t go here !! It’s waste of money and time. Go to a different location. One that doesn’t mind to sell items to Customers! I placed an online order to make it easier on them and o forgot to add a drink. Some of us actually work and work outside in the sun all day so yea mind have slipped my mind whist ordering on the way !!no biggie right ? Just a drink ? Yea wrong ! Apparently old man river minded very much and refuse to add another drink to my order and said “we have a time limit , can’t add at the window “. Huhhhh??? It’s a drink and it’s next to your hand already ! He flat out refused and no one behind me. Only at speaker. Again it was just a sweet tea and I don’t order both at same time anymore bc the last 3 times the sweet tea wasn’t drinkable so as soon as I tasted it n I added another but he refused
Let’s see what corporate has to say shall we old timer ? I would’ve let it go but I already worked 49 hours outside and it’s weds !!! Now I have to stop elsewhere or wait in line to get a drink. ! So thanks alot for that. Karma is a real thing though and sometimes it just needs a boost to get going. That’s all. Add also. This isn’t first incident from the is location. That’s why corporate will be notified plus I have dash cam and it’s all recorded

Ordered through doordash, they;
Didn’t include the sauces we ordered,
Gave us Mac n Cheese instead of fries,
They ran out of unsweetened tea,
Apparently ran out of chicken sandwiches and had to sub our sandwiches with chicken tenders.
Not the workers fault, but management’s fault for not stocking enough items and not double checking orders before sending them.
