I went there on a Sunday night around 9:20 and they were out of chicken breasts for item number 2 which is a breast and 1 wing.....so the young man offered me a dark meat in place of the breadt....I said that I don't like the dark meat....so I asked if I could get just wings.....so he said sure so he gave me a few extra wings to make up the difference of the breast....well I was a happy camper with my wings and he also put in a cookie....my chicken has always been so very...
The manager works very hard to please his customers, The girls also are courteous and caring. They are always cleaning and helpful to customers when placing our orders. My family and I visit here often even though it is an hour drive from home. There are not KFC buffets around anywhere, and we appreciate this store, manager, and employess providing this type of fare, service, and caring for us. Other KFC's do NOT offer this homey feeling and value. 5 Stars to this team.
While traveling in Central Asia for 23 days back in July and suffering from ongoing stomach troubles due to the local cuisine, the Colonel saved me on this very hot July day in downtown Astana, Kazakhstan.
