Big yes on this place. Fried chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. Fixins are important to me - Greens, black eyed peas, and Mac n cheese were all on point and would absolutely recommend. I'd pass on having the potato salad again because it's on the sweet side, which isn't how I like it. Catfish was a bit salty, but good. Had the brownie to satisfy the sweet tooth after...a bit crumbly, but very moist and delicious. I'll be going back for sure!
Food was delicious I had Baked Turkey Wings smothered in gravy over rice, collard greens, Mac and cheese, yams. Food overall was 4/5. Yams need a lil more sweetness and flavor but still okay. Turkey wings were phenomenal. Greens were delicious. Mac and cheese great flavor. We also had the red velvet cake and banana pudding. Both were pretty good. I like more cookies but I realize it's made differently up here than Palm Beach county. Definitely would come back again.
Loved the food. Fast casual soul food but that somehow doesn’t sound as good as it should when i write it here. Chicken was moist and breaded evenly. Mac and cheese had a little kick to it and gave it unique flavor, not boxed. Peach cobbler was good both hot and cold. Just a fan. Reasonably priced although what really is any more? They serve all sorts of food i never really thought about eating outside a home or pot luck and I’m glad we did. Love it!
