Lorenzo's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Last visit there was a disaster. Complete disappointment. I'm a diabetic so I wash my food down with water. I was charged 3.00 for the water. Tap not bottled. I received a dinner order instead of the muscles in sauce appetizer I wanted after first receiving a clam order which was not what I ordered. I was also charged 2 50 to use my. Credit card to pay the check. Reflecting on what I was charged and what i recieved in return I exited the restaurant feeling like someone turned me upside down and shook me till my pockets were empty.!!! So long LORENZOS HELLO MAKITA BUFFET IN JENSRN BEACH. 17.95 PP there you get a soup to nuts dinner complete with all the trimmings salads, fish sushi, Chinese, spanish as well as oysters and dessert. If you are a dessert person and you like coffee with your cake bring your own they do not serve Coffee you have serve yourself but that eliminates the annoying interruptions of the waitress also.

Great personalities all around the server Audrey is an extremely personable individual. We love to see it!

Amanda was our server this evening. We placed our orders efficiently. We went ahead and made it simple & only ordered pizza.

Cheese slice was overall stale/overcooked

Pepperoni slice was just a slice of the stale cheese with toppings loosely tossed on.

For those items overall dissatisfied with "authentic" Italian pizza.

Lastly, I ordered a meat lovers flat bread, inquired about if the dough was made in house or something otherwise. The dough is outsourced. I was not overly fond of the quality. My opinion, of course.

However, other patrons highly recommended the chicken parm (the mailman), the pasta(all of them) & lastly, the rolls as an appetizer.

I recommend this place as a cozy date night or even just a family-friendly atmosphere to have a meal and catch up.

Owners and Management refused to do the right thing and remake food that was not delivered and paid for as agreed. Do not use the Slice App they recommend on their website, and do not think they will ever take care of you as a customer. The $150 order of food finally arrived 90 minutes after we ordered but they had already failed to make our terrible experience better by refusing us a simple request to remake the food and let us come pick it up when the food had not arrived after 75 minutes of waiting and 3 calls to beg for a driver number and help from them. We will never order from this establishment again and we try our best and support local companies whenever possible. This was an easy fix but an Epic fail on their part.

We realize they needed to contact the third-party delivery service but they should have put us first and dealt with the 3rd party delivery service second. They also need to realize when their website directs customers to a 3rd party app they are basically encouraging us to use that app. They therefore should take responsibility of the outcome of that 3rd party whether good or bad. They clearly want the added business of the 3rd party delivery App service but they do not want to take responsibility of the poor outcomes of that service, yet they push you to use them by advertising delivery on their website and then they claim they don't deliver when something goes wrong.

They also left one entire dinner of Chicken Francese off the order that we paid for. I wont even call them to discuss that issue after the way i was treated on the first 3 calls to ask for help.

What a shameful way to run a business and abuse your customers trust.

Shame on you Lorenzos! we are your neighbors, and your community, you need to be better and put us first!

Had you just done the right thing, you would have earned our business and loyalty forever, instead you have lost if forever. we eat out 4 times per week, do the math.

Went here for the lunch specials and the prices are reasonable and the food was amazing. We will be returning. We got the eggplant rigatoni and the rigatoni a Romano.

Lorenzo's is a small neighborhood pizza place with a full Italian menu. The food is better than good, it's excellent. I've only ate here twice but it has the food better than other restaurants charging way more. The service is just as good as the food. Lorenzo's is not a fancy sit down restaurant. The food makes up for any deficiency in its atmosphere. I'd eat here more often if I lived closer. As it is I drive 1 hour to eat here and it's worth it.

1st time and this pizza was so disappointing. It was super thin, undercooked, barely if any cheese, floppy, zero taste, I mean awful for $27. Wow still can't believe how bad it was...

My wife and I were looking for a good pizza restaurant but when we saw all the veal dishes on the menu we had to give them a try. My wife had veal francese and I had the veal parmigiana, both were superb. We also had an antipasto salad which was wonderful.
If you are downtown and looking for great Italian meals and amazing service then you need to eat at Lorenzo's Italian restaurant and pizzeria, you will not regret it.
