I ask for a Sundae with Xtra Caramel, I was given just a regular Sundae with regular Caramel and still pay for Xtra Caramel. I when inside the restaurant to complain, and the manager had a very nasty attitude, the first thing that she told me was “what happen” with a attitude, I explained to her that I asked for Xtra Caramel. She did not apologize and she threw the sundae over the counter.

The crew members in drive thru today were very disrespectful. The big girl in the window was impatient and looked very uncomfortable. The second window had the worst customer service. Speaking rudely about your customers will not be tolerated. Hispanics are very rude to the African American community in that place and the rude mgr is no better. 1/11/2024 Evening shift.

Not actually open 24hours. Went by around 3:30am on my way to the airport and they were closed (drive thru as well) for cleaning… please update these hours on google.

Alot of people call it bad but it's gotten better??? Food now is fresh and the cookies... OHH THE COOKIES WERE AWESOME the service is awesome I always have a chat with the workers while waiting for my food, the atmosphere inside is great it has that light up table.

Simple order of 13 double cheeseburger combo meals, all but one without pickles and onions. Food was being distributed to local homeless people.
French fries were freshly made, and drinks were self-serve.
Staff were friendly and polite. Food was satisfactory - individual bags did not have ketchup or napkins.
Restaurant parking was a bit tight. Drive-thru seemed more popular than dine-in service.
