I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the unsanitary conditions I encountered during my recent visit to your location. Unfortunately, I found the seating areas to be covered in filth, which was highly disturbing. Even more alarming were the conditions in the bathrooms: there was blood on the toilet paper roll, and human feces were found next to it.
While I understand the location has recently undergone renovations, I believe these conditions are completely unacceptable and should have been addressed before reopening. In fact, I feel that the establishment should have been temporarily shut down until proper cleaning and sanitation procedures were carried out.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and immediate action is taken to ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff moving forward.

Check your food. Crappy service. The cockeyed guy is the reason I’ll never support a pay raise for fast food workers. How can you find a reason to be so rude and disrespectful all because I asked for my sandwich to be made again. Only to get home and see they took the food back and gave it back exactly the same, untouched. He’s lucky I’m not the type to create an uproar… one day someone is going to knock his eyes straight and he won’t have to save up for surgery anymore. The food was thrown out and I made dinner. They don’t give out receipts because they don’t want the feedback which I asked for.

Usually, excellent service, but sometimes they'll forget something. They once forgot they sent me to a curbside spot, so I went inside the store. The bag was sitting on the counter and the sever told me she would make me a fresh sandwich and hashbrown coz she forgot. Shame on me for waiting 30min for my breakfast, but I had sprained my knee. It would have been best to just let me wait at drive thru coz it was just a McMuffin and hashbrown. 1 very bad experience, but only knocking off 1 star for that because the service is usually excellent.
