McDonald's has become slower and less courteous since the kiosks. The employees ignore the customers and act as if you are not there. Not just this location, all over. Sad to see. This is why they are getting beat by Jollibee where ever they are head to head.

We stopped here while traveling Dec 1 at 3pm. Walked into the women’s restroom and saw a dead cockroach on the floor to entrance of the ladies bathroom. Sink was out of order in the bathroom also. We left without eating because we were so grossed out with the filth of this location.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. People waited 30+minutes for food inside. The floor behind the counter had food that had obviously been walked over instead of cleaned up. One employee dropped her visor on that same floor and then put it back on. Without cleaning it or washing her hands. 🤮 First time I’ve ever demanded my money back at a McDonalds. Avoid at all costs.

I will call corporate in the whole crew… we got videos and witnesses about what happen tonight and yes I was the guy with the black shirt that you guys decide to drop the fries, burgers and nuggets in the back like it was garbage and when I went to you guys you guys thought it was a joke. Thank god my META GLASES were recording everything.. like I said to you guys: it’s time to start finding another job !

Went to McDonalds to get a quick lunch for me and my coworker during my 30 min lunch. I waited for 20 minutes and I couldnt event eat my food. I asked for a Double Quarter pounder no cheese and my friend got a $5 meal. There was cheese on my burger, I can't eat cheese. And the nuggets were forgotten in my friend's meal. Very disappointed since I had no lunch now or time to get something else.

They took a long time to bring us our food, and when it finally arrived, the order was wrong. After we finished eating, we ordered an Americano coffee, but they never gave it to us and kept hiding behind the counter. There was a long line of people waiting to be helped. Thirty minutes later, we complained about the coffee, and the employees laughed among themselves and still didn’t give us our order. We had to leave without the coffee, the employees were disgusting. The place and the kitchen were extremely dirty as well.

No person to take your order, only self order kiosks, so you’d think you’d get your food fast. Nothing fast about this food. There was no one ahead to me in the dining room but they still managed to make me wait 20 minutes for my food. It appears this McDonalds was designed to eliminate as many interactions with the public, which I’m okay with if you can get my food fast and my order correct.
Slowest service of any of the areas McDonald’s locations. 20 minutes for 2 McChicken sandwiches. And only 1 other customer inside. Ridiculous! Management needs to be reprimanded.

Went there for breakfast, there was no coffee. Went there for lunch and waited 10 minutes for hamburger and fries. When I open the bag and check my food the freeze had no salt. At least three other people were still waiting in line from before I walked in. Only one out of six kiosks working
