Dirty, not well maintained. Staff was less than helpful. Refused to take our order and asked us to use the kiosks. Not great for my elderly parents, they don’t use electronics well.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. It was busy for sure and we didn't mind the wait. We watched them line up order after order before giving us our order. We left without checking what we ordered. Had made it to interstate before getting our food out. I did get my bacon egg and cheese biscuit. My husband ordered a chicken biscuit and got an egg and cheese. Smh
Tried to make a quick stop during a 14 hr drive. Waited 20 minutes while our order was ignored until I brought it to the attention of the crew that people who ordered after me were being served. The McDonald’s website is horrid for feedback. I won’t stop here again but seems like they are depending on that. I’m not surprised, they are too big of a corporation for accountability.

Ordered 2 coffees, 1 iced one not. I confirmed 3 times what the iced coffee order was with two different people. Regular iced coffee, cream only, no sugar. It had sugar ?
