With this McDonald being in one of the busiest truck stop in Florida. You would thing it would be fast paced. But no. 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. The lobby pack with people and on 2 out of 5 employees working. One on her phone. The others doing decor. I get it you want to make the place look nice. But take care of the People that pay to eat.

Drive through service was horrible. I was given a very sarcastic attitude about items I wanted to purchase. It was very unwelcoming. I will never return to that McDonald's again 😒

I’ve gone twice through the drive-through and both times the service was very poorly and they forgot items in our order. Both times waiting about 20 minutes in the drive through.

They claim to not have medium cups and force you to purchase a large meal, feels like a scam to me. Also the woman at the window isn’t a great communicator and probably shouldn’t be in front of people.

I was also told they have Coke Zero but was given Diet Coke. Lying to your customers and scamming them isn’t cool.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unprofessional Experience Corporate Needs to Be Notified

This location is completely unacceptable. I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment or response. I finally had to say “hello” through the intercom just to get a reply, and when someone finally responded, they said, “We’ll be right with you” yet no one ever came back.

There were no cars in line or at the window, so it was clear they were simply choosing not to respond. The level of disregard for customers is ridiculous. It felt unprofessional, careless, and honestly, concerning from a food-service standpoint.

It’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior representing the McDonald’s brand. I’ll be contacting corporate to report this incident management at this location clearly needs to be retrained or replaced.

Do not recommend visiting this McDonald’s. Poor service, lack of communication, and zero accountability.

Employee very, very rude for initial response to me coming to pick up a delivery order. Doesn’t know how to say hello just straight to bad attitude. She is the only cashier around too and I still have no update on my pick up order
 just still patiently waiting for any type of real human response or sense of urgency/ consideration. I don’t get paid enough to also deal with your employees attitude. This order is small and very simple. Still

Don’t stop at this one for a pit stop — the servers here are extremely slow and keep making mistakes with orders, refusing to admit them unless you stand your ground. The service is so slow that you lose your appetite by the time the meal arrives.

Placed a DoorDash order at 6:06 AM. I was excited to see that monopoly was back when I placed the order. Got my order in the sealed bag, opened it to find all of the monopoly stickers peeled off. Stickers taken off both of my hash browns, sausage McMuffin, & my iced coffee. I know the dasher couldn’t have done it based on how the bag was sealed. Fire the employee responsible for it, they deserve to be let go with weird behavior like that.
