Just went through the drive thru. When i approached the speaker I was told “Welcome to McDonalds please pull forward to the window”. So i did, when i got to the window the same lady that asked me to pull to the window asked if i had a large fry. I said no i didn't order. She then scoffed and said “This is why this is backing up, you are slowing us down” and proceeded to take my order very rudely. This is not the first interaction i have had with this employee which was less than professional. This person naturally attitude should immediately be noticed as someone who should not work in a customer facing role.

Avoid this store. I know it’s what we have, but this place is just awful. We’ve been cursed at, ignored, and given cold food. Mistakes are the norm, and they get mad if you point it out. Ordered through the app and paid, and we were told there is an error - bye. No help, no nothing. Basically, buy it again! I almost never get fresh fries or nuggets, and the night manager is a real piece of work. Rude, nasty lady who might be better suited as a dishwasher with her bad attitude.

However, the morning crew is usually fine. I go early and it’s exactly what I would expect and the manager is nice.

Horrible. Came in last night Sunday around 8 . Attitudes , cold food ,drinks tasted werid. You have the employees mad that they have to do THEIR job so I come in Monday around 5:30 to talk to the HEAD manager to tell him about what’s going on with his closing shift and he seem to not care or understand what I was saying this is crazy food was cold , drinks tasted off I’m highly upset.

Food was cold, sodas tasted off, waited 20 minutes for food we ordered through the app to get pushed to the side by people who ordered after us. Owner sat there on his computer like nothing was wrong or going on. Will not be giving yall my business again.

When we moved to this area we had no idea where we were moving to. This was the first place we stopped with our kids 7 years ago and we thought this place is like stuck in time. Where the heck did we move!? However, since being here for all this time we had come to realize that this location is really good with hard workers and most often on point. The look is retro McDonald's which gives a old fashioned feel for the kids of the 80's- I love it. It's not that close to where we live so we don't go all that often. It's near the Winn Dixie we have to go to since ours closed. Apparently this one is closing soon to. Tears. One mention is this location has a double drive thru lane. They are common in Florida. It most times gets the line going faster.

I went to this McDonald’s and had a very bad experience. The cashier, and whatever else her job is was extremely rude to me and my sister. When my card didn’t work at the kiosk, she asked if I didn’t know how to use a card and rolled her eyes when we asked simple questions. She moved very slowly and clearly cannot handle working the front counter.

When I received my food, everything was thrown into the bottom of the bag, there was no straw, and she basically tossed the bag onto the counter with no care at all. The whole interaction was unprofessional, sloppy, and unclassy. Horrible customer service for someone working the cashier position. I expect much better treatment as a paying customer.

I placed my order through the drive-thru and was instructed at the pickup window to park near the rail to wait for the remainder of my food. When my order was finally delivered, I immediately noticed that my hamburger was missing and that one of my large fries was only half full.

I promptly drove back around the drive-thru and re-entered the line to report the issue. I advised the employee that my hamburger was missing and that the fries were only half full. The employee took my bag and returned, stating that the manager approved replacing the hamburger but refused to replace the fries. I explained that I had just received the order moments earlier and had immediately returned—there was no opportunity for the fries to have been eaten. At that point, the employee closed the drive-thru window on me while I was still speaking.

Shortly afterward, the manager came to the window and addressed me in a dismissive and confrontational manner. When I showed her the half-filled fries, she said they would not have been served that way and asked what I wanted her to do. I calmly stated that I was simply asking for the remaining portion of the fries I had paid for. The interaction was unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional.

The manager ultimately agreed to provide another large fry; however, when it was given to me, the fries were cold and overcooked, further compounding the issue.

This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The manner in which the situation was handled—particularly the attitude and conduct of the manager—fell well below acceptable customer service standards. I have been a frequent customer, but this incident has seriously impacted my willingness to return to this location.
