NuNu’s Sweet Soul Food (Food Truck Location)

Today was my first visit I had the Smothered Beef Neckbones and it was delicious! Service is good, place clean, and food reasonably priced. I will be back for sure!

I visited Nunu’s for the first time yesterday (6/28/21) and the food was truly deliciously awesome. I had the Meatloaf, Mac n Cheese, String beans in the famous peach cobbler in the waffle cone. The only thing I could think of was how do I get Nunu’s to cater my Thanksgiving dinner? What I do know is I have found my favorite soul food restaurant and Audrey will be returning soon.. Sorry, by the time I remembered to take pictures I was face deep into my meal..

My first time here at Nunu’s was very good. I enjoyed sitting down at the table with my family while the music played. The food was very good I would most definitely recommend the garlic parmesan wings, and the French fries were very fresh. The restrooms are cleaned nicely. Our waitress Kat was kind and professional.

Our family had fried chicken, 2 orders of shrimp, catfish, fries, sweet corn nuggets, okra, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, red velvet cake, and peach cheescake cone. Every bit of it was wonderful! We will definitely be going back.
I will say it took a while for our food, I think they are pretty busy after the article lots of people saw in Facebook about the peach cones, but the food was hot and yummy, so it was worth it :)

15.00 for a small amount of food. I ordered the large lemon pepper chicken yesterday it was my first time ordering there I was disappointed. So was my husband who ordered the honey fried chicken he received 2 small chickens very dry fried hard the rice was unseasoned just regular dry white rice. Very disappointed as we love to support our own but yeah this was our experience.

If you have not tried this place you are MISSING OUT! They must call it soul food because the food tastes so good you can feel it all the way down in your soul. Seriously, their food is amazing. Their prices are great. Their staff are on point. They play good music. Couples no longer have to argue about where to go to eat, just go to NuNu’s. This ranks amongst the best food I have ever tasted.

Love it! The meatloaf was delish and the fried chicken was perfect. Mac & cheese and greens were spot on. You must order the peach cobbler cheesecake - amazing!!!! We will definitely frequent the restaurant!!!

First time visiting with the recommendation from a co worker and I was disappointed with the quantity, quality, and the price I paid for the honey chicken. I paid $15 for 4 pieces of chicken which I was told was suppose to be one of each ex: breast, wing, thigh, and a leg but instead I received 2 wings a thigh and a small fried up unknown part of chicken that was not the norm. I drove over 30 mins to be disappointed for what I paid for. I have no problem paying for quality food, however, my experience was over rated based on prior reviews. I don’t plan on returning. I’m always willing to support local small businesses but not at the expense of being short change.

I've ate from the truck on multiple occasions. A few times it was good and a few occasions like when I got the rasta pasta it was VERY greasy and had ounces of oil sitting in the bottom of the plate. There was no visible sauce just oxtails grease and pasta.I ordered a catfish dinner from the restaurant when they moved there and was really let down with a fried catfish that tasted like it wasn't cleaned a sat in nasty fish water all day! It was slimy underneath the fry batter. I REALLY tried to like the food it looks so delicious but its always a hit or miss.. mostly miss
