I went in to pick up my pizza the other day late afternoon. I stood at the counter for at least four minutes waiting for someone to help. There was someone in the office and someone just walking around eating in the back area who looked at me a few times still eating. This same person finally walks up to the counter and said "sup". Sup? I replied. I shook my head and said I'm here to pick up my pizza and have him my name. I'm assuming he must have been the dishwasher. He walked back towards the side area and in the back again then finally told the person that was in the office this whole time. The guy finally came out of the office and asked me my name then handed me my pizza. He looked like he was still in highschool and said he is the asst. manager, which I commend going to school and having a part time job, however extremely poor customer service all around.

I ordered delivery pizza with extra mushrooms I got it without and the manager want me to go to the store I don’t have a way that’s why I do delivery so we cannot help me ! Please don’t order them for this location really bad customer service

Everyone is nice but the rude skinny Hispanic girl in the front ……. Each and every time I come she’s rolling her eyes or doesn’t say hi when you come in ……today I was DoorDashing and I have a pizza bag I pick up from this location all the time. Today she felt like I HAD conform my order before I left. And she forced me to get the bag out of my car even though I had another other in it. I took the pizzas and left then she proceeded to call me back to back more than three times. Nothing is ever that serious.

Last night we ordered pizza, garlic knots, and a 2 liter of Pepsi.

We did not receive the Pepsi, we called papa John’s, as the delivery driver suggested to let them know we were down an item.

When I called papa John’s and told them the situation the guy on the phone was quick to say I would not be getting a refund and they would bring one to me.

Before he could verify any information, in order to know who he’s talking to, he rudely hung up.

We did not wake up to a 2 liter of soda on our porch.

Served an old pizza after suppossively waiting on this pizza to come out..just a lazy group of people 830 ish on 1/10/25 .Called about it and the young lady states I'll let management know.Its the 2nd time this has happened .Corporate will be called..

I placed an online order, and according to the pizza tracker, my pizza was ready, but when I get here, everyone is talking, no one at the register, and everyone is distracted like they don't know what the hell is going on, employees walking around in slides or sandals, this is an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, the only reason I am here is because my husband wanted Papa John's, NEVER AGAIN, they need to fix their pizza tracker and keep up on their procedures, THIS IS RIDICULOUS

The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The supervisors and managers seem to not care. I ordered a medium pizza (The Meats), two wings - one buffalo and one regular - and a Mountain Dew soda. The cashier never asked for the name of the order and did not give me a receipt. When the young lady informed me that I had ordered four items, which consisted of two medium pizzas (The Meats and Pepperoni), I told her that's not what we ordered. She got the gentleman who took my order and told him we never ordered two medium pizzas. He instantly caught an attitude and argued with me about what I supposedly had ordered, which was incorrect. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the mistake, he and his coworkers instantly became rude and started using vulgar language towards me.

I deliver door dash. I wish I knew the employees name. Younger gentleman. He is always SO nice and attentive.
I ordered while doing my laundry and he walked my order over.
A true example of quality customer service.
