It Sucked. I purchased 17 lbs of shrimp and they would not give me a price break, like they have in the past. Besides that the shrimp was freezer burnt!!! I will never go back there again. I will buy my shrimp at a seafood shop in Rotunda West.....yes I will drive that far for great shrimp and at a great price too! $20 a lb.

Ft. Pierce, FL. The best smack and fish dip. My friend brought this to Orlando in a cooler just so I could try it. This is the second time I’m having it at her Super Bowl party and it’s amazing, smoky and perfectly textured. My friend enthused that this never goes in a can; it’s locally caught fish which they smoke then mix to make this locally sold product. My friends buy it a couple times a week at Pelican. “You should stop there on your way out of town,” she said. “Pelican never sells anything bad.”

Pelican Seafood Market is fantastic. We got four different fish while we were in town and all were very fresh and delicious! They have many other things in the shop like rubs, salts, breading, rices and wines too. The staff is very friendly too.

My husband and I have the same birthday so we decided to splurge on dinner. We got some rib eyes and got some Maine lobster tails from Pelican Seafood Market. We got a crab cake to use as stuffing for the lobster tails. We both really enjoyed the lobster, but neither of us was crazy about the crab cake. Next time we'll stick to just the lobster tails, and there will be a next time!

Saturday I went & got a dozen of live blue crabs. Half had no meat & bout 3 or 4 of the others wasn’t no good the meat was mushy & I was informed that was because the crabs was already dead prior to me getting them. Out of the dozen only 2 was eatable. They were 10.99 a dozen & I spent $75 & didn’t enjoy! Do not recommend

4 out of 5. I come from a “small business” family. With that being said, seafood Is top notch and I’ll for sure go there again during the holidays. The reason they don’t get a 5 star - its very very expensive - king crab is usually 40/50 dollars a pound, it’s closer to $80 per pound here…Fluke/flounder was closer to 30 per pound. Im a New Yorker and used to paying NY prices.. This def. supersedes NY prices overall.Although, all and all. You’re going to get what you pay for and they’re a nice group to deal with… worth spending the money…

Wow, big attitude today from the big guy with the huk shirt with blue camo sleeves. I live exactly in the middle of you and Tausha’s. Next time I’ll head south to them instead.

Excellent variety of fresh seafood. I purchased the large shrimp... calamari with tentacles... clams... scallops... and a mixture of fish fillets. I prepared the best seafood curry ever. Fresh is best when buying seafood. And a nice piece of smoked salmon.
