Loved everything about this place except the wait. We were told 30mins (with 2 young children in tow) and ended up waiting for 1 hour. Our waitress was so nice & helpful with suggestions; everyone loved their meals. The kid's menu titles cracked us up and the Mozzarella balls were to die for! Gluten Free pizza was delish!

Just came to have lunch and asked if we could sit under the tiki area hostess said yes that is fine a server will be right out waited about 15 mins and went back in just to make sure again that we could sit out there had my dog and baby she said yes sorry for the wait she will be right out I waited a total of 45 mins not greeted or asked for at least a drink order. Ended up leaving it’s a shame I love the food here too, was looking forward to a nice lunch.

Hostess put our name and phone number on wait list - when I checked back with her 30 minutes later she apologized and said she’d must have thrown away the scrap of paper she wrote my info on. Once seated no menus, no server. Tables inside were not cleaned. Ordered soda with lemon - got limes. Ordered large pie and wings, pizza took 90 minutes and arrived with the dough undercooked. Plates were wet and dirty. Server rolled her eyes when we pointed out that the pizza wasn’t fully cooked and said she’d put in a new one and it would be done in 12 minutes - waited 25 minutes no pie. We used to come here often but it’s the last time for us - not sure what happened here this place used to be great.

We came in tonight, used to like coming here. Drove all the way down from Sebastian to waste our time. We say at a table in front of the bar for nearly 30 min. The table was sat next to us and within 2 minutes they were visited by a waiter. Mind you we had still not seen anyone. We decided to leave and go to Goodfellas (which we could have done in Sebastian and saved the drive) so that we could get someone to talk to us.

We got the wrong order not once or twice but 3 times. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks. The guy running the outside bar was completely inattentive and not capable of handling the outside alone. The food runners had no clue as to where they were going. The sandwiches were cold and gummy. The pizza wasn't much better. That was the last time we'll be going there.

Mushy thin crust pizza that wasn’t thoroughly cooked and I ordered it crispy! Not anything like it used to be. Kitchen does not know what they are doing. Garlic knots were a quarter of the size they used to be. They did refund us for those. Felt so sorry for the waiter! He did his best with what he had to work with!

We came into the restaurant and asked them to turn the fan down. They said they would. They never did. They had the fan on full blast so the bugs would come out, but by the time we left and ate dinner, my whole family was eating alive under the table. Our legs were all bitten by the bugs. No see ems everywhere better eat outside and bring some bug spray or better yet. Just get the food to go.

IF you like sogge PIZZA, I don't even think it was fire baked usually you get a smoked kind of flavor, plus ordered a large loud mouth it didn't even fill the pan she brought it out on and was basically veggies hardly any meat!! Lil ceasers has better pizza than this place, it was our 1st and last time, it's way to expensive to go out to eat and get served crappie food

This use to be the pizza place I would recommend to everyone. Best garlic knots and best pizza. Today I came in for lunch and they didn't not have any pizza or garlic knots available. We waited for them to deliver from the PSL location. The garlics knots were not the same quality as the last time I was here. They tasted almost stale and hard the texture was similar to a bagel. Not flaky and fresh. Service was very bad as well. I'm sad to say I will not be coming here anymore nor recommening to people

Was not impressed. Pizza was dripping in grease, and paper towels didn't help. Our waitress was nonexistent, and the cashier refused to check me out. Said I needed to wait on my waitress to cash me out, which I told her we had not seen her in 20 minutes. Waited at the table another 10 minutes before the waitress reappeared. I was really hoping for great food and service because of the reviews.

The food is always great at Pie Hole. But the service was terrible today. They forgot to put my husband lunch order in and when we inquired about after the other food was served they never came back to acknowledge they missed it. Finally he had to walk to the front and ask them to forget it and take it off the bill. I left my $10 salad I had for take out on the table for less than a minute. I went back to retrieve it and was told they threw it out. No apologies no sorry, nothing. Probably won’t go back.

2/1/25 3:30pm. Had a band playing outside which was nice. I can’t review the food because the young lady with the face tattoo kept going by the table and ignoring us. Place was busy but only about half the tables were occupied. How many times should a server pass your table before they acknowledge you? At 7 times, so technically 14 if you count each direction they went past your table I would think you could at least say “give me a minute and I’ll be with you shortly” or something like that. I would think a new training plan should be put in effect letting servers know the importance of customer service. Restaurants need to be reminded of an important fact, “you and your server NEEDS the customer! The customer does not need YOU! The other restaurant down the road is more than happy to take the money that could have been spent at your place had you employed a person that understands what her job is.
