I Live over in the project area by the the irsc Blackburn building and I tried to call in an order and they refused to take and deliver my order because of the neighborhood I live in. That Is Some Racist Crap. Oh and the best part is she hung up on me!

I ordered a pizza Simple tastemaker, Had little to no French fries, No parmesan shaker, and the pizza tasted frozen. The woman I had speaker too on the phone hung up in my face when I told them about it. Ima report them too the health department as well. Immature and disgusting 🤮

Shame on corporate for having this store open with an impending hurricane hitting the area. Employees still showed up showing their dedication. They will be stuck there in the middle of a hurricane. Take your employees' lives into consideration. Nobody is gonna order pizza and everywhere else is closed. Send them home! Corporate do better!!!!

I went into this store at 730 pm and the place was filthy. The counter next to the register was full of grease and garbage was all over the floors. Spend a little of your profits and keep it clean. Get a manager that the employees respect and fear if the job is not done properly. Pizza Hut used to be so good.

The pizza are dry barely at sauce or cheese on pizza it seems like the pizza is 3 days old by the time it reaches. Seems stale Also for the price paid def not worth it your better off at domino's or a local pizza spot
They used spicy sauce instead of the sweet and that resulted in my 3 year old to not be able to eat the pizza. Thanks pizza hut for disappointing my 3 year old son

First complaint ever after 40 years of my life!!! The worst customer service, they made a mistake weeks ago and now we came in for our refund and it was yet another horrible experience!!!! Do better with your training!! Your manager accused me of being on drugs and best believe I HAVE NEVER DONE DRUGS!

I ordered a large pan pizza with mushrooms, onions, and sausage. It was delicious, but could have had more toppings. The previous time I tried extra cheese, and it was definitely better.My third pizza was free after buying the second one. It had hand tossed crust and sausage topping. It was really good, with plenty of toppings. It seems the experience here depends on who makes it.
