SHOWERS.. keep shrinking, very small and tight, no place for putting your soap at the shower, light switch hanging loose, no cover.Towel and Clothe hooks loose and flimsy.BUT ...waterpressure was awsome!Fed up with Pilot FJ. Their focus is profit and shareholders.. at any and all cost... even if this includes "killing" your customers (truckers). Typical corporate greed, typical american.

Filthy restrooms, showers are the absolute worst, the ADA shower is completely out of commission, I'm sure the fire suppression system doesn't work due to the overwhelming rust on every surface, night shift lady was rude and unprofessional! Truckers I recommend you do not stop, keep it moving.

This may be a travel center, but if you need to get some cash at the ATM, you may need to find another way to pick up some cash. It was broken when we arrived. Yes, the bathroom is filthy. Yes the pumps at a little too close together so you are squeezed in like a sardine trying to pump gas. But there is a shiny pot of gold at the end of this rainbow. In fact, there are two Golden Arches. Yes, they have a McDonald's. The stop to get gas was painful, but we got back on the highway with our fries and Big Macs.

This Pilot is an older location, I'm guessing, based on it is pretty small. The Pilot does not have food, and instead you only have the attached McDonald's as an option for hot food. Bathrooms were soooooo nasty. I wiped one of the toilet seats off for my kids. My younger daughter did not want to use the stall I picked, so I let her waddle around the stalls with her pants around her ankles and see how the other stalls all had pee on the seats or the toilets had nasty stuff in them. It took almost 30 minutes because she didn't want to use the bathroom there, and kept fussing before she finally broke down. This is basically a last ditch option. If you have Pilot rewards, keep driving to another Pilot. If you aren't brand loyal, go anywhere else.

This is the worst pilot I’ve ever been. The employees in McDonald’s are the laziest and the employees in the store are just as lazy.

It's a gas station... has people hanging around but I guess because they have Greyhound there. Gas is fairly priced and the cashier was friendly.

Stopped in here on my way to Miami for some diesel in the truck (240) gallons worth and whoever was in front of me I think spilled 10 gallons of diesel because it was everywhere. It took me 15 minutes to get the crap off the bottom of my boots before I could get back in the truck. Almost all the paper towel holders on the islands were empty and broken open like the pic I'm attaching. I informed the girls inside but who knows if they will pas that info on to Maintence. Next time I'll stop @ a different location
Came here to stop by grab some stuff to go before heading back on my to Chicago. This place carried shot glasses, featured a nice fast food establishment. Fair cigarette prices. Employees were friendly. Tons of trucks and traffic. Easy access from the highway.

These *travel* centers are getting ridiculous. Management needs to be tighter on their dang parking. Truckers everywhere, parking in no parking zones. Makes it impossible to get into a PAID PARKING spot. Something needs to be done about this crap!! Gonna start demanding out money back for us PAID parking persons, since they let anyone park, EVERYWHERE!!

The store itself is great but the McDonald's today wasn't. I got a big mac & ask for no onions & extra pickles. It was loaded full of onions n no extra pickles & my fries were half raw. Would have taken it all back, but was a ways up the interstate by the time I checked it. That mcds is usually very good.
