I ordered a family meal for 12 they gave me 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg and 7 wings 2 sides of fries and 5 biscuits I was to far away to come back for them to replace this poor excuse for a 12 piece family meal. The food was good and the management on the phone seemed respectful. But the service is unexceptable. Take my money but I don't get what I paid for that's not business. You need to be more on top of your crew.

Walked in and no one acknowledged me, stood at the counter watching them bickering and arguing with each other, no one even looked at me or anything. So can't judge the food because I never got to order.

I’ve come here probably 4 or 5 times over the past month and they have messed up the order every time. It seems like no matter what side you order they will give you fries. If you order from the drive through, you are gonna wait in the parking lot for your food. The food isn’t bad. The service is bad.

had to wait over 40 min in the parking lot for my drive thru order. Very unorganized and they send every order from drive thru to wait in the parking lot. staff smokes vapes- electronic cigs inside the store which is just.. unacceptable.
