I can understand having to wait 4 minutes on fried pickles. What I can't understand is why they were fried so hard, there was nothing but batter. I ended up throwing them away. Yuck! The best thing was the kindness of the drive thru cashier.

The food was ok. Red beans had no beans and were cold. The staff were arguing in the background. She kept asking me to repeat myself.
I gave the coupon code and said, twenty one ten. She said, no, I need four numbers. I knew then, I should have left. 🤔🫣

I went to the drive thru and asked for surf and turf with mashed potatoes and I got a different order. When I was ordering the person was making the choices for me, even my drink wasn't the one I ordered. It looked like a order that was left there and they gave it to me. The outside was super dirty as well.

107 25th street Fort Pierce Florida store is a place where I will never go to again. Went in with the intent to order 4 wing combo or dinner. Left with a 9pcs that was half cooked and uncleaned chicken that was very disgusting. I’ve been a fan of Popeyes for 45years and never had a problem until I went to this particular store. Cashier was very young and extremely rude to myself and a few customers before me. I was also informed that they couldn’t sell me a surf and turf bc they didn’t half time. It was only 8:30pm and they didn’t close until 11pm. Popeyes clean up your staff and hire some individuals that want to work.

I ordered a family meal for 12 they gave me 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg and 7 wings 2 sides of fries and 5 biscuits I was to far away to come back for them to replace this poor excuse for a 12 piece family meal. The food was good and the management on the phone seemed respectful. But the service is unexceptable. Take my money but I don't get what I paid for that's not business. You need to be more on top of your crew.
