My sweet friends took me for my birthday & checked out the Protein Harbor for a healthy meal and was surprised when we walked in to a cute & bright place, an array of smoothies and bowls. It was simply delicious & filling, all the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Very friendly and easy access downtown!! I'm going back again!

I had an Oreo protein smoothie it was good and not too pricey. I shall be back when I return to the area to try their açaí bowls. Give them a try you won’t regret it! Oh and the place is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was welcoming.
My husband and I stopped by for a drink (his 1st time here and my 2nd time) and we loved it! The drinks were so good and the owner was wonderful! So sweet and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more!
