I have been to this location 3 times over the past couple months, I keep trying because I absolutely love their food but after tonight, never again.
The first time, I waited 23 minutes to recieve my order from the drive through with 2 different people asking what my order was while at the window (it was 2 corn dogs and a large tots)
The second time I tried to order the smash burger and they were sold out.
Tonight at the drive through speaker the young man very rudely says we aren't taking any orders, when I asked why (it's 7:30pm) he told me they are too busy and not taking orders for 30 minutes. THERE WERE 5 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT!!
food is great but customer service is very poor and the management needs to take charge before this location stops getting business. I have been in resturant management for 20 years and never seen anything like this, extremely disappointing.

Terrible service. Inept staff. Horrible wait time. Went through the drive-thru and it took us 15 minutes just to get the young man to take our order. Still got the order wrong which took another 10 minutes to correct. Gave us the wrong change twice.

Since they fired Jed all the food is nasty !! Nobody to train the kids correctly. I actually taught someone how to make a strawberry limeade. I ordered a number 1 on Texas toast and all imma say is nasty and food presentation sucks !

Waiting in drive-thru 20 minutes drove up to the window another 3 minutes before we got someone's attention just for someone to come and tell us they're backed up on orders and they're not taking any more orders for 5 minutes horrible service definitely don't recommend it

Food was good. I ordered on the app. Parked, checked in, and waited for order to be brought to the car. No carhops. A nice young lady asked us to drive around to the drivethru. Strange. Only two young people working.

Being this was the first Sonic I ever visited, I must say, hopefully, other locations are better. They screwed up my order, which is probably to be expected from a fast food joint, but the place was horrible 😫. The tables in front had dirt residue that looked like a warehouse. I walked in the place to get my meal corrected and noticed the equipment with wiring hanging out and in need of attention.When I get back to my hometown Buffalo NY , I will check out a Sonic location there and update my findings.
Waited 20 mins to order with no response while employees sat outside and then finally left. After looking at recent reviews glad I didn’t get food. Would avoid if you are traveling and want something fast and decent.

This particular sonic is sad, run down, and always has something that doesn't work. Last time it's the ice cream machine. This time it's the grill, so you can never get the food that you want.And when you do get it, it's greasy, or it's overdone. Highly suggest that they get new management and really take a look at this place because sonic can be really good. But this place is the poorest run sonic I have ever seen.And I doubt I'll ever stop there again.
