Received a Reese’s peanut butter blast instead of a cookie dough blast. With all of the people in the world with peanut allergies I can’t understand how you hand someone something with peanuts when they didn’t ask for that. A peanut brain working the drive through at 4:15 PM on 03-24 is how. Do better. I know I did when I worked fast food at 16.

Food was ok for fast food, we mostly go for slushies. The lady that brought my food out was super nice. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. My kids wouldn't even go in the mens room and the women's wasn't much better.

Worst experience ? rude staffFood wasnt even ateable.Had to repete my order 3 times and they still got it wrong we paid they gave us our things.. and we stayed at the window waiting forour marinara sause and Ranch Dip. Totally ignored. Us put his back to us and had other orders in window for customers behind us... finally when he had no choice he asked us what we needed said the marinara, and ranch...Ridiculous rude...no speakers were working...and that was the reason we went to drive thru ...

Order on the app already checked in, after 15 minutes wait to ask them. The order was done but they didn't want to deliver to the stall and asked me to grab the order from driver thru lane without explaining anything. They could have said it if they didn't want to deliver.

I ordered my burger from sonic with only ketchup they gave me a sandwich with lettuce tomato mayo all the stuff that I’m allergic to and I wish that they got my sandwich right? I hope that in the future they get there get their stuff right otherwise I’m going to corporate with this stuff because they should not get away with this when people ask for food that they want. When I first got there, i one was in line just me. I waited for 5 minutes at the box and no one helped me so I drove up to the window and the lady inside looked at me and carried on with what she was doing giving me no time of day. I came around 9pm and if they are understaffed I can understand if they told me they needed time but no communication? It’s rude and disrespectful
