This Starbucks has messed up my order 3 times in a row now. The first time I went I asked for a grande coffee with 1 sugar. Once I got home and gave my mom her coffee it was pure cream. No coffee at all. I called to complain and the “manager” told me her name was Melinda and that they would resolve the problem. I gave her my name and was told to stop back on sometime this week to be compensated. Because I do not live close to that Starbucks I didn’t go until exactly a week later. Which at that point was told that they do not have a Melinda that works there and I should’ve came back with my receipt to resolve the issue?? So come to find out the same person who I dealt with on the phone (Melinda) was there because I recognized her voice immediately. I am writing this review because your employees should not be giving out fake names just to avoid problems. She’s lucky I did not contact your corporate office for lying and horrible costumer service. I refuse to go to this Starbucks again. And by the way, the drink that I was compensated with, Katherine (not Melinda), your store manager took the order, which was wrong! I asked for a hot coffee and they gave me iced with pure cream once again!!!

I dont know what the big deal is with starbucks , the coffee is subpar quality at best , the staff is slow but would be faster if they would just put their cellphones away and help customers as they walk in but i see the same issue everywhere ! Just there to collect a check and avoid work at all cost ! The prices here are too high for the quality !

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The store is clean, the energy is positive, and the team works really hard even on the busiest days. My drinks are consistently well-made, and the customer service is friendly and attentive. You can tell the baristas care about doing things right. It’s become my go-to spot for coffee and a quick bite. Highly recommend this location!

I went to the Starbucks at this location and used the drive-through. The service was quick and the food was good. However, I asked for light ice in all my drinks, but one of them came with almost a full cup of ice. When you’re paying six dollars for a drink, it shouldn’t be mostly ice 🤨.

It’s Starbucks. Overpriced coffee made with burnt over roasted beans so all the locations taste the same. Later found Shaka kava 772 which has tons of teas and coffees. Even frozen caramel frappucinos for the wife. People were very nice and place was pretty.

The drinks were okay, and were made fast, the only real complain I have, is with the location. They have a nice patio, but it is sitting 7 feet from an extremely busy 8 lane road. It's all diesel fumes, sirens, and screeching brakes.

Fantastic Starbucks! I’ve been to plenty around the country, and this one is always fast, efficient, and my order has never been wrong. It’s a relatively new one but I’ve been going nearly every day for a month and have been impressed.

I was sitting and working for 45 mins when I was told by an employee their manager said I need to buy something I can’t just sit and work. 1 star. Starbucks is a cafe for sitting and working, and I didn’t need a drink. The employee was kind but it shows the values of the management. I quickly left from this poor service experience.
