I just wanted to give a shout out to the Starbucks on Okeechobee in Fort Pierce. I had complained to the staff as well as posted my complaints in regard to them consistently getting my order wrong. However, the last month or more they have always got my order correct. They have made a concerted effort to improve their service and I very much appreciate that! That is customer service at its best

Every time I come I just want steamed cream and they refused to give it to me and say that Bereva is the way and that's what I have to take... the young man up front that is flamboyant with a nasty attitude runs the show...Starbucks needs to close this one down for sure
