“Over the moon excited they brought back the bread I liked!! 9 grain honey oat I believe it's called, best of both worlds a little sweet and a little not lol my main complaint is they took away offering swiss cheese, brought back my bread but took away my go to cheese , I can't win for loosing lol for the most part everyone who works there is super friendly & keeps their cool even with the most difficult orders, I have delt with like 2-3 that definitely didn't need to be in customer service but that is few and far between and no matter seems like after you deal with a rude one they end up going away so like I said super friendly ppl there now if they will only bring back swiss cheese & I will be over the moon excited“
“Honestly this is probably my favorite Subway restaurant in the United States of America. Super clean, friendly staff, amazing tasting sandwiches. What more could you ask for?

The lady working was by herself and was still kind and attentive to myself and my kids and other who came in after. She even gave my son extra cheese on his pizza to his liking.“

“Best sub I have gotten from Subway in years. Ke'yana Horton is awesome! Customer focused and friendly. Ordered a ham and cheese sub toasted. Meat was fluffed and spread across sub roll; had the perfect amount of toppings Mayo and oil and vinegar, onions and lettuce. Got a bite of everything down to the very end. Toasted properly nice and warm with a little crunch to the outer bread. All safety protocols followed by this young lady during this pandemic. She is an asset to this company because of her portioning controls, speed of service, and yes showing up for work!!!On a side note; any issues you may have make sure you think about; did the employee show up, are they short staffed, are they doing the job for two people because relief did not come in or help to not show up. And yes if they want to break let them. And if they're closed it's due to the fact that someone didn't show up. You cannot blame the ones that did show up and are doing the job because you don't know what's happening in the background or the struggles they face.Thanks again Ke'yana, keep up the great work!!!“
“Luckily I’ve received the BEST subs when I order through the app lately. I’ve been here at least 5 times to pick up subs within the last 2 months and Im clearly hooked(and this is coming from someone who held a food poisoning grudge and didn’t eat subway for 10 years)I’m typically getting an easy order- Classic meatball sub & Italian BMT…. So amazing. Correct meat portion, correct toppings and plenty of. I’m pretty happy with the service, my order is always ready to go or being packed up promptly and they hold it behind the register so no one steals my beloved sub. The lady making the Subs was new and my order was complicated. She didn't panic, certainly seemed dumbfounded about how to fix the problem.
The owner of store is such a nice man. He calmly walked from the front cashier back to the Subway counter. He listened to the problem and gave her the information she needed to hear. Problem solved. I did have to tell her to stop adding spinach, it did not look very healthy. I gave her a big tip because I could see her struggle. She needed the encouragement. She will be an expert in no time.“
