My sub was dry even after asking for extra mayo on the app I asked for a combo and just had a sub delivered without my drink and chips and when I called no one answered there was no way to get a refund and give them back this nasty sub

I don't know about their food since I never even ordered because of how mad I was. Their service was absolutely horrible. I had a coupon to get 3 subs for $17.99 and on the excludes it says the beast and the GARLIC roast beef, right? And when I went to order a make your own combo sandwich the lady told me I couldn't give me regular roast beef and was so rude about how she said it too, she said "I don't care who you are I'm not gonna give you Roast beef" and instead of explaining that they could be low on supplies she acted completely rude about it

I drove 30 minutes to this place because it is the only Subway Store around here that supposed to be closing at 11:00 PM, I got there 10:40 PM and the lady was already cleaning ready to go. So mad right now!

Staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional— after the first time I went I thought you know maybe they’re just having a bad day. But nope. The next time I went it was the same, rude and unprofessional. There was a man in front of me whose English wasn’t the greatest and it seemed as if the girl was mocking him. Younger colored girl herself which is what baffled me even more. Then an older lady comes out to help her as the line built up, and a family behind me orders 3 subs, this was such an inconvenience to her apparently as she scoffed and said ‘THREE SUBS?!’ I’ve never seen an establishment lack in professionalism as bad as this location. I really hope management sees this because it seems im not the only one.

I would honestly recommend if you’re having a great day she will honestly ruin it with her attitude immediately.
