The lady I dealt with tonight was rude and on the phone on speaker the whole time the subs were being made along with just practically throwing the food on the sandwich told us we were complicated customers for asking ours subs to be made properly

I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and no service.
Pulled up to the window thinking the speaker wasn’t working and she didn’t even acknowledge me.

This is the dirtiest and most unprofessional Subway I have ever been to! The manager (who was screaming at the top of her lungs the whole time I was there) was so loud and rude. She was shouting about how her refrigerator won’t close without duct tape and how she doesn’t like light skin men only dark skin so light skin men don’t have to worry. She was extra loud to be extra noticed. The tables were disgusting and there were flies and ants on the table as well. I waited almost 10 minutes to place an order because a young ladie who was making deliveries had come in to retrieve her order but it was never made and three geniuses that work there including the manager, could not figure out where her order was or why it wasn’t made. I don’t know if Subway puts their employees through training but maybe they should and teach them how to speak to and around customers and let them know that their private home business isnt for the entire establishments to heat or know about. The manager should be fired or told to turn her volume down 100 Decibels, what a dump!

My experience was good here. My kids and I settled for subway last minute and wasn't disappointed in the food or service. The lady working was by herself and was still kind and attentive to myself and my kids and other who came in after. She even gave my son extra cheese on his pizza to his liking.

Visited this subway on 4/5/2025 at 3:55 pm . Manager Carman was using profanity and was rude. She sneezed on sub sandwich she was making for online ordering and didn’t even care. She sneezed right over all the veggies in front of her and sandwich. She didn’t even try to turn away from food. My food was already wrapped by other worker. I would not recommend this place. I was disgusted. I feel bad for whoever that sandwich was for.

Literally Just Bread with Sauce
I ordered a footlong and got what felt like a 12-inch loaf of bread with marble-sized meatballs. It was basically mouthfuls of bread and tomato sauce — no substance. This location now hides sandwich assembly behind a hood so you can’t even see how little meat they add. That’s shady.

In a time when people are stretching every dollar, this is how you respond to economic pressure?
By ripping off the ones still spending money? It’s not just cheap — it’s a terrible long-term strategy.

Sure, you're off I-95 — maybe you think you can get away with scamming drive-thru traffic. But us locals notice, and travelers read reviews. Keep cutting corners like this, and it will cost you. Employees might not care — just clock in and out — but customers do.

My sub was dry even after asking for extra mayo on the app I asked for a combo and just had a sub delivered without my drink and chips and when I called no one answered there was no way to get a refund and give them back this nasty sub

I don't know about their food since I never even ordered because of how mad I was. Their service was absolutely horrible. I had a coupon to get 3 subs for $17.99 and on the excludes it says the beast and the GARLIC roast beef, right? And when I went to order a make your own combo sandwich the lady told me I couldn't give me regular roast beef and was so rude about how she said it too, she said "I don't care who you are I'm not gonna give you Roast beef" and instead of explaining that they could be low on supplies she acted completely rude about it
