The batch fish dip exp. date: 8/11/23 is the best I've had in 13 months. There were actual small chunks of fish instead of it minced down to a paste spread.
I will go out of my way for this dip! It is hands down the best I have ever had! Never had fishy taste. No chunks of chewy bits. Always creamy, just the right amount of smoke. No added mix ins for flavor NOT NEEDED!! I am a little addicted! It is such a treat and I am ruined for any other smoked fish dip! A must try for anyone looking for authentic fish dip! ??
Grew up on this smack, my kids grew up on it and now my grandkids eat it! It’s the best. I drive down from Melbourne to get it and have now hooked my friends on it.

I've been eating sumerlin's Smak for over 20 years. I've raved to everyone on how good it is for years. This last batch I bought recently, January 2020, was very creamy and less fish-chunky. It's too pricey for you to scrape. Please put back the old recipe.
The Smak is really the best smoked fish dip I have ever tasted.
