We would give this place 10 stars if we could but we can't so, five stars it is. We're not local to the area so we relied on Google maps and their reviews to find us a good breakfast place. In this circumstance, the reviews were spot on. So, I would describe this café as elevated breakfast fare (Think… First watch) at a more reasonable price. As for the staff, from start to finish, I don't think I've seen a more attentive team at any other restaurant that we've patronized. Last, but certainly not least the food was phenomenal. Presentation was perfect, and the dishes were unique and full of flavor. This is our new go to breakfast place when we are in the Fort Pierce area.

Another breakfast with my son this weekend at sunrise city cafe ,never a disappointment !!! Best grits in town. Must be doing something right !! Can not count how many times I've eaten here. I can truly say never had one bad experience or 1 bad thing to complain about.

Such a hidden gem in fort pierce. Delicious food with a Cuban twist. Breakfast is my favorite. And the coffee loaded is AMAZING. I would say this is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots

One of our favorite breakfast and lunch restaurants whenever we're in FT. PIERCE. It can be very busy at times, so you know a lot of people love this place. The staff work hard, and they always greet us with smiles.
The menu has a nice selection to satisfy just about anyone, and I love the shredded chicken bowl.

Food is excellent love, love, love the shrimp and grits with eggs, potatoes and toast. Awesome cucumber watermelon quencher!!! the service is fast. The orders are being transmitted to the kitchen right from the table.

I had the Downtown Slam which includes 2 eggs, a slice of toast, meat of your choice, grits or home fries and either pancakes, waffles or French toast all for $10.99! 😳 The grits were the creamiest most delicious grits I think I've ever tasted! The bacon was crisp...like I asked for...eggs cooked perfectly, and the pancakes were fluffy and light. I needed a box for leftovers otherwise I would have needed to roll out of the cafe! Service was beyond excellent! My husband and I really enjoyed this downtown cafe and will gladly return!
