Not sure why this continues to occur, the salad shell is fried or even refried to a crisp that becomes soaked in oil and crumbles to the touch, overcooked for sure. The chips and salsa is the same, the chips so fried they are almost inedibly hard and oily. It seems like the food is reheated and refried, instead of freshly made. Not sure what's happening but it was much fresher looking and tasting before. Maybe it's only the drive thru food, but it's not good.

The last two times I go to the drive thru I received dry chicken thighs right after 5pm it smelled like it was just old chicken sitting their from 11am, please stop giving us old dry chicken thighs and if your going to increase your tacos that much more, add more meat, even Taco Bell adds more meat, it used to be good quality like 5 years ago but now it’s bad food, and expensive

They take too long. I’ve been waiting in line for 40 minutes. They still haven’t gave me my food. They are slacking during lunchtime. We had over 10 cars leave the drive-through cause they’re taking too long.
