Friends took us to dinner last Friday night and I keep telling all my friends about it. Best dinner I’ve had out in a long time. Can’t wait to go back. 5 stars
S & S is one of our favorites in Fort Pierce. The chef is exceptional. We've never had a bad meal but the lamb chops and port osso buco are favorites. Next time I'm going to try the seafood marinara or the swordfish.
What a gem of a restaurant, S & S Cafe and Wine Bar located at 148 N Depot Dr. in Fort Pierce. We are a fun group of foodies that love to support local restaurants. This restaurant is one of those hidden gems. It seats about 22 people so don’t think that you can just go there and be able to snag a seat. Call at least 3-3 weeks ahead of time. It will be worth it. The menu is limited but check before you go. They had two soups last night. The New England clam chowder was amazing and if I had to guess had at least 1-2 cups of clams, a little potatoe in a light but substantial broth. The second soup was just as hearty, Stracciatella, which was a traditional Italian chicken and egg drop soup with chicken with spinach. Their salad was plentiful with an offering of sbout 5 dressings They have a Whole New Zealand Lamb Rack cooked to orered with just the right amount of herb crusted topping and most of us did order this. The second most ordered was the Trio special Filet Mignonette,Split Lobster tail and Duck Teriyaki. The filets were all cooked to oerfection, the duck was tender and the lobster was juicy Three if ggrir other dishes were marvelous Seafood Marinara was abundantly full of shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels, served over a light marinarasuace with penne pasta. Many of us want to tetitn to try this dish There was a grilled blackenef Swordfish that was cooked to perfection The Blackened Sea Scallops were seared and were sweet, tender, served over creamy Farfalle pasta. Pork Osso Bucco was in a rich flavorable sauce where the tender meat fell off the bone fell off the bone and had a jullienne vegetable served with it. The staff was extrodiary and the food came out in minutes if the girdt fishes seved cant say rnough about Tom and his fsntastic staff The company was fantastic. For having 20 people we were rather quiet with laughter permeating the restaurant. We learned so much about each other and at time TMI
I had a party for 50. It was so easy to work with them.I picked out the menu, they stayed in touch all the way. Came set everything up
And brought the food.
Everyone raved about the food and got to take some home .
GREAT CATERING
Thank you both.

The service, the food, the atmosphere was all five star plus. The staff works as a team to ensure you have the best possible experience.
We had a five course meal for two with a glass of wine included. The food was delicious and presented on the plate with class.
The price was unbelievable low. Two five course meals less than $50.00 each. My wife and I travel a lot between Ft Pierce and Washington D.C. A meal of this quality in Washington D.C. would have easily exceeded $250.00.
I cannot say enough about how fantastic our evening was at S&S Café & Wine Bar.

We love their 5 course meal.
An appetizer to share, soup, salad, your fabulous entree, and dessert. The Brightline passes by a few times. Maybe even a freight train. Tom always makes you feel welcome.

We love to come here. Every time we in ft Pierce we try get reservations. The taste, the appetizers, the soups and deserts!! Everyone leaves with bags of leftover. I should keep it quiet so we have room cuz I love this place. Small quaint. Excellent food❤️
Our first visit to this small cafe and wine bar in Ft. Pierce was a pleasant surprise. We’d heard the food was good but it exceeded our expectations. My blackened swordfish was cooked to perfection and my husband’s duck was so tender. We will be back!
