This is by far my favorite tsc!!! We have visited locations all over but prefer this location. The staff were wonderful and made sure my allergy was taken into account

I come in July 30th To get a smoothie, But they was out of Strawberries & Sugar so they had to make my smoothie with Splendor but I did not like it so I was Talk to the manager and she told me to come back at 4:00 because that when they Truck will be in and she have some one to make me a smoothie she was so nice and I said ok and thanks so I come in at 4:35 and I was talking to Employee name AJ I was telling her about my Smoothie and what the Manager said then she told me she don’t know anything about that and start being very rude/disrespectful to me talking loud/ yelling at me so the other employee stepped in called the manager. The manager came to the store and I got my smoothie I told her how AJ was acting to me and I see she tried to talk to AJ then Aj start going off on the manager right in front of me I would never come back if I see her working she’s a very bad employee very disrespectful and I was not satisfied

Really disappointed with the service here. When I placed my order, they didn’t have the vegan protein I asked for, but still charged me. I was told the manager (Kevin) would handle the refund by contacting corporate — but after several follow-ups, I was completely ghosted. No communication, no resolution, and no refund. Poor management and zero accountability. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Y'all need more staff. The 2 ladies there are doing the best they can, but the workload is too much to handle. Missing items, taking too long, the food isn't as good... come on! When it's properly staffed, everything goes smoothly. I can't really blame the 2 only people working at this location on a busy afternoon.

Food is good but they decide to close the kitchen 30mins early. Like why stay open then? Just close at 8 if you guys don't feel like working till 9.

Tati I believe she said her name was. She was a pleasure and makes the smoothies quick and delicious. She has potential to move up in business as she seemed very pleasant and hard working. She also worked at promoting the business and had nice things to say about our kids. Keep it up girl!
