Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I go there frequently. Will not be returning after today. The most recent staff are rude and the restaurant (by WalMart in Fort Pierce) smells disgusting. I pick up order today (the last 3 visits), food orders are thrown together messily! Smoothies are GROSS! I asked for extra peanut butter. They put ground peanut butter with chunks in it, and you have to chew the peanuts. Pieces of chocolate gets stuck in my teeth, absolutely grotesque! All 3 SMOOTHIES were made the same, when that wasn’t ordered. Staff don’t pay attention to your specific ad on order requests (but Tropical Smoothie does charge for these add ons) that staff overlook due to laziness!! I order 2-3 sandwiches, they just duplicate the first order each and every visit. Who cares about attention to detail?? Not this Tropical Smoothie! I was supposed to get sweet potato bites. I got potato chips this time and last visit. If you’re gonna be lazy at your job, at least pretend to like it or find a job that’s worth smiling for. WASTE OF MONEY.

This is yet by far my worst experience as I bit into my sandwich It tasted good, but once I started chewing, I had to pull a long piece of paper out of my throat. I almost choked. Somehow, there was paper wrap in the chicken chipotle wrap that I had. I will be reaching out to management in regards to this, as I could have choked on this sandwich. I still can’t wrap my head around how this could have happened.

I did not return to the store because I had an appointment to get to, but I did call the store back and was told that I can bring the sandwich back to be remade. I did not want my sandwich remain. I just asked for a refund, but was told that I would have to come in on a different day because there was no store manager.

The best tropical smoothie experience we’ve ever had. Clean and delicious. The girl in the back made our smoothies perfect and was super sweet came out front to make sure they tasted good! Best tropical smoothie on the treasure coast!!

Don't, just don't!

The guys were great but the smoothies completely tasted like old refrigerator. Went to another location on the way and they said they couldn't help me. Had to throw them away. $18 bucks down the drain and we've been wanting smoothies for a week now :(

My last two online orders the store didn’t have the ingredients I ordered and I couldn’t get a refund or cancel the order in the app. On the phone the employee who called me about not having the ingredients didn’t care and said the order was through the app so it had to be canceled there.

In the end I got the bowl without the additions I paid for and the manager told me to ask for her next time to get a free bowl which made the difference.

Overtime I’ve just seen 4/10 on consistency and accuracy in orders so I’m not coming here anymore.

Employees standing around doing nothing and then when you go to order apparently the kitchen is closed 30 mins before actual close. Then just close the store, why bother staying open?

I absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie in Ft Pierce out of all them. I will drive past 3 others to get to this particular one. Why you ask? Because no else can make a Bahama Mama like they do. I don't know what it is but there's is the best And my favorite server is Latoya. She has the recipe down to perfection. So if you want. Bahama Mama like it's supposed to be made drive the extra distance to get to the Ft Pierce Tropical Smoothie and ask for Latoya. They are the BEST!!!!

Makalyah was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was top tier. Facility was nice and clean. This location has my service!

Only person in the lobby when I walked in took about 6 mins to even get talked to and over 20 mins to get my smoothie after I ordered. I ordered at 3:01 according to my receipt. 3:27 I got refunded because still no smoothies. Also I don’t need to reach out to your website for you to find a solution for this mess. Go there and see for yourself.

I JUST Came THER AND THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS ABANDONED. THE MANGER NEVER CANE OUT TO SERVICE US, we was about to call the police because no one seemed to be in the building. whole time the employee was in the bathroom and manager was sitting at her desk in the back chilling. i just had to contact corporate on her. the manager name is TAMIKA. so unprofessional.

This tropical smoothie gives tropical smoothie in general a bad face. The lady working there was being inexcusably rude, and asked for our receipt when we just walked in earlier! She even admitted to putting a lot of water in our smoothies! It was kept nice, but there were wrappers at tables. The worker was also being lazy (Don't even excuse it with a "iTs A sHiTtY jOb" if it is then leave it or do something) while trying to handle the refund. And kept rolling eyes. Would not be here again! I'm switching to the one on US1 thanks
