Terrible service by ladies serving the food. They either don't understand English or they totally ignored what i was asking.

Terrible experience, made the line for a long time, it was 8:45 pm by the time we got to the front, just for the lady to tell us, we're done, there's no more pizza and we're closed. With a terrible attitude, didn't even say sorry, just made faces and gave us a bad look. Very disappointed.

The pizza was okayish but I probably wouldn't have left the bad review if it wasn't for the terrible customer service. The customer service is the front of a person's business. The men were all working really hard and baking the pizzas but the women acted like they couldn't stand to be there another second. Almost every person in America has worked a customer service job once in their lives. We all do what we can to get by, but atleast do it well. It will make your soul feel better. Most of the time if the food is okay but the customer service is great I am willing to give it another try but goodness not this time...

Usually not this harsh, but if I could leave a negative star review I would. The workers didn't understand their own menu options, argued about it and then still messed up at the register. All that was actually the bright spot to the experience as the food was TERRIBLE. This cannot be emphasized enough, not one of the three of us could even finish what we way overpaid for. Do NOT choose this option when you're stuck on the turnpike.

We ordered some noodles that were totally dry, all sticky. At the same time we ordered a chicken that had a strange bitumen and to add to that the service was too slow. The staff with little disposition and unwillingness.
I don't recommend it!

I didn't get to try the pizza, they had 1 oven on with 4 cheese pizzas in it, the staff was rude when I asked when will they make a sausage pizza, they acted like I was asking for too much, they were all rude, the pizza in the oven will take 15 mins to finish then they will put a sausage in it and that will take another 20 mins. Mind you there was room in that 1 oven for 2 more pies. Let's not forget they had more than 1 oven not in use.

Very bad. We didn’t even finish our food. We didn’t try the pizza, can say anything to that. But everything on the hot table food was just not edible. It made my stomach hurt. It will probably make yours hurt too. Just sayin.

Slice of pizza goes for $5 dollars. Not a lot of variety within their “Buffet”. Customer service is a hit or miss, don’t be spooked if you end up paying double digits for two simple items.Pizzas are nothing crazy 5/10 ( Great variety, lacking flavor)

I stopped into the service plaza for a quick pit stop and noticed that the food here looked really good so I got a couple different things to try, the cheese pizza was really good. I tried the pasta the meatballs and the chicken parmesan and it was all good the baked ziti was really good too. The sauce was just okay not really a fan of it but everything else was really good I've even come back and eaten here a second time. I definitely come back
