Big thanks to the amazing staff at Waffle House during a quick Greyhound stop. We only had about 30 minutes, but I managed to skate over and grab some breakfast. The food hit the spot — fast, hot, and exactly what I needed.
What really made my morning, though, was how the staff looked out for me. They made sure I had all the essentials for the road — especially Tabasco hot sauce, which I love. That small gesture meant a lot while traveling.
And shoutout to the youngest staff playing the music (he’s enthusiastic) — you introduced me to a song I’d never heard before: “There Are Raisins in My Toast.” It’s been stuck in my head and most definitely staffs heads ever since, in the best way possible.
Great food, kind people, and now a new favorite song. Can’t ask for more. Thanks, Waffle House crew!
$.50 surcharge for each egg is a ridiculous overreaction to current egg prices. They also charge a surcharge for To Go, which makes no sense since a To Go customer actually gets less service.

Stopped by Waffle House and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, with the staff making sure everything was just right. The food was cooked fresh, tasted great, and was way better than stopping at any fast-food place. If you're looking for a solid meal with good customer service, this spot is definitely worth it.
