I asked for a lemonade and informed the employee I have a dairy allergy. They did not rinse the spoons to stir and cross contaminated my drink. I asked directly if they rinsed the spoons they looked at me in my face and lied knowing I have the allergy. Im now spending an uncomfortable morning with an allergic reaction. Do not visit this store if you value your health.

No Soap Dispenser in men’s bathroom and nothing in place in lieu of, hand sanitizer outside of restrooms was empty. How do people wash their hands employees handling food? I advised the employee of this and suggested putting a container in the Men’s room she said this all has to be Wawa Approved. This makes me never want to go to another Wawa again!

I've been going to this Wawa for years and never felt compelled to rate them - whether good or bad. But today, a lovely employee named Marie brought out my breakfast to curbside. I was a little frustrated this morning and when she came out, she confirmed my name for pickup and proceeded to tell me she put some grape jelly in the bag for me because I had gotten a biscuit. I didn't have to ask, I wasn't expecting it, but it's the little details that makes the experience memorable. Thank you, Marie, for completely changing my morning around!

For the last year and a half I've been going there the air compressors for the tires have always been broken or never worked properly. I was just there today and one compressor over inflated and the other compressor underinflated. SMH!
Whoever made my hoagie and quesadilla at 2AM on June 27th—you snapped.
That hoagie was stacked like it knew I was on the edge. The quesadilla? Cheesy, toasty, and clearly made with love… or witchcraft. Either way, I respect it.
I don’t know what was in the air that night, but y’all fed me like I just won the Hunger Games.

Since we have had good experiences at other WAWAs in other cities, then we expected to experience the same here. We had reached the halfway point from Orlando to Miami and got hungry. It was late at night. We knew that they would be open.
We ordered our favorite Turkey and bacon toasted sandwiches as we always do but these weren't as good as the others that we have had. Things happen and we can overlook something like that.
But the next thing to happen was unforgivable in my book. The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper!! I went to ask the guy at the counter for TP and he said he didn't have any extra but that I should go over to the coffee stand and grab some napkins there. I went over there but there were no napkins of any kind there. I went back to the employee but he said they must be out of TP. He didn't even check the men's bathroom for extra. You think he would have checked stock items when he started his shift and ordered some. Luckily, my daughter had extra tissues and napkins in her handbag to save the day for both of us. Future visitors to the bathroom would be in trouble.
I would not stop in here again in the future.

Absolutely horrible Do not order anything if you are in a hurry or trying to be somewhere on time Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and stood here 10 minutes before anyone realized that there were orders to be made Said don't worry about it and walked out I don't have time for this Paid for sandwich I didnt get nor had another 10 minutes to wait for Will never waste my time here again

I went to this Wawas and spent almost 20$ for a smoothie and a breakfast burrito after consuming it giving it about a hour or so I started to feel sharp abdominal pains which continued to grow and also cause chest pains then I proceeded to vomit and poop myself after it prolonged I decided to go to lawnwood hospital where the nurse who also had food from this same Wawa Also had food poisoning . This location gave me food poisoning the one day I choose not to go to my regular Wawa. I never will return to this location for anything in your deli ever again and I will be coming back for my refund

After I've been waiting for fries to drop the young lady decided to stuff my fry cup because of my wait time. Courtesy which I truly appreciate but then she was told by a white manager lady to remove some of my fries which I felt she was disrespectful .
