I went to Wendy's on Midway and US1 to me I didn't care for the service I was talking on the phone would you I know was rude but it was a very important phone call about my disabled special needs son and the drive-thru person was so inconsiderate and so pushy it was quite rude

Yet again messing up my order and at that my pickles have holes in then again not sure if it's done on purpose but the quality of my sandwich was bad.

Should have listened to my son, should have went to McDonald's. There was nobody in the drive through when we got there and nobody after us. I asked for a moment since we don't go there often, the last time was maybe 3-4 months ago because I waited inside for over 30 minutes for a kids meal. Needless to say, I was told I'd have to go inside because I was on drive through time (yo like really? I definitely would have if it would be as easy as that, picture should explain...?) After paying and going to the next window, I had to wait a while. Only to get cold fries and sandwiches. (The outside temp is hotter than my food?oh how I wish that was an exaggeration) then before driving off I asked for a receipt....and of course the printer is broken

I pull up to the window, and the woman says, "Welcome to Wendys. I prefer a #7. She says, "Is that all?" I say, "Yeah, can I have a caramel frosty brew?" She repeats the order. I say, "That's it." Nothing after that. No pull to the window, no total. I just assumed I pulled to the second window since there was silence. I pull up. She knocks the 'coffee' into the side of the window and breaks the cup. Coffee everywhere. She turns back to the counter, dumps the rest in a new cup, and hands it to me. Sticks her now coffee covered hand out the window for my card. Still, nothing said since she repeated my order at the window. I grab my 'coffee', hand her my card, and hand it back to me, then my food. And still nothing said. The whole point of a drive-thru is convenience. I couldn't even drink this Wendys creamer. I had to come home and add a little bit at a time to my coffee at home. I also had to reheat my breakfast at home. It's literally Wendy's watery, iced creamer. The review asks how much I spent... I don't even know because she was so friendly. ?

So upset!! Come here only for wraps and salads look at this!! The audacity to serve me this messy...can't even call it a wrap. Tortilla has holes in it I couldn't even fix it. . Do Better!! I'm so upset. Only ate my fries because I was hungry.. they were even cold. ?

I am writing this as I am leaving this Wendy’s. It is a good day, and with hot weather. We went to this Wendy’s, not really expecting much as it is a Wendy’s, but the food was actually really good. The best part, by far, was the employee by the name “Joseph”. He was always kind and he was very swift with both taking and making the order. When we were leaving, he said to everyone in our family to “Have a great day”, and this kind of kindness and caring is almost unseen in the fast food world. If you can, please reward Joseph as much as you can. He really deserves it. Joseph, you just won your Wendy’s a five star review.

Our food was cold and the cheese on the burger was not melted. While eating, we were watching an employee massage her feet (no socks) while on break. Not a great experience.
