I go here before dropping my husband off at work usually once a week. Today the wedges were cold which can happen. BUT when we asked for DIET Dr. Peppers and got regular is when I have the issue. I'm a type 1 diabetic and now the medium drink is paid extra for is going to go in the garbage, I have a problem. This could have potentially landed me in the hospital if I didn't know the difference in taste.

I ordered late night and they got my order wrong by mistake. I called in and Dwayne told me to come in the next day to get a free replacement. My boyfriend went to pick it up for me and they gave me and him a free combo each. Dwayne the manager was really great he went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I went to front counter around 7’o clock front counter person Roland rung my order wrong didn’t give me my drinks didn’t give me my sauce nuggets were hard ordered a double stack biggie back gave me a jbc instead slow service won’t be returning, tried to call store and manager Chris seemed bothered by the fact they got my order wrong, worst Wendy’s

Well the service was ok but the one thing is look in your bag to make sure you get all your food. I got some but I checked my bag before I left the window don't care how much traffic I hold up. They forgot some of my food had knock on window and tell them. I didn't get all of my food. And started taking out the food from bag in front of her. Finally received my all food.
