That was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. The fireplace has smudges all over it, dust everywhere and the men's bathroom has no soap, water staining/mold on the ceilings and no sanitizer.

The food is perfectly fine. Typical Wendy's.
However I wasn't pleased with how the woman serving us spoke to us. My husband, daughter and I stopped to utilize the bathroom and grab some food for the road... my daughter & I went into the women's bathroom which was pretty dirty, but not super complaint worthy... like maybe it nearing time to clean it again type of dirty. Afterwards my daughter and I stood near the counter & an older woman (possibly in her late 50's?) came over to the register and I politely told her we were waiting for my husband & didn't need help quite yet... she replied with "she wasn't taking orders anyways" & held up her personal phone in a pink-ish/purple case (maybe magenta?)... I laughed it off and said I guess neither of us are ready then!
When my husband exited men's facilities and came over a few minutes later I told him she was busy and to give her a few minutes and then she offered to assist us... we told her our orders and my husband told her that *when she HAD A CHANCE * that the men's room needed toilet paper and ... she interrupted with a very rude "I'll get to it when I get to it" and my husband finished his sentence saying that the trash was overflowing and someone had even left their sneakers in there... She once again responded with nothing but attitude saying "uh huh... & I'll get to it later" as if that was an appropriate response.
Absolutely awful how she thought it was okay to speak to anyone that way, not even gonna factor in that we were paying customers... just the fact that we are human beings and she works in customer service, have some politeness. Disappointing honestly.

Literally stood in the drive through in the rain because I’m in a truck and trailer. Let a car go before me to “trigger the sensor” that way and order could be taken. An employee with glasses yelled at me as I tried to explain that I couldn’t enter through the drive through. The manager came out and said she couldn’t take my order because she was in the office. Would give zero stars if I could will not be returning. This place is trash. The employee that I encountered was ever trashier!!!

After waiting for almost 20 minutes with nobody else in front of me in line i had the chance to ask if they served burgers at breakfast and was told by the employee who had actively ignored me that they didn’t even have burgers or fries in the restaurant. Place looked filthy and I wouldn’t go back.

50 of my classmates stopped at this Wendy’s late at night and 10-20 of us got food poisoning as a result. Some of these students ended up in the hospital. Please spare your health and do not come here. The service was also really rude but I was understanding due to the amount of people in our group.

I'm going to start exposing every Wendy's that tells me that the sweet tea is sweet. This one told me it was really sweet. Guess what? It was Unsweet tea. Trying to poison me.
This is the third time in a row. I came to a wendy's and got tea with the absolute bare minimum Of sugar. I want to taste the diabetes in the back of my throat.

Also you need another drink dispenser inside. One drink dispenser for a restaurant of people. Smh.

Me and my friend we bought sandwiches number 1 double cheeseburger we spent $27 dollars we asked to chose pepper sauce they said 0.25 each the cashier man said no sauce and charged 59 cents service was not good never comeback again

I had a Bacon Egg and cheese biscuit combo that came with seasoned potatoes and a soft drink. The biscuit was mediocre at best, the seasoned fries were hard and not very good tasting at all. The only good tasting thing was the soft drink. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Now I understand why they are closing a bunch of Wendy's locations.
