2 parties had orders before I had and 3 more ordered after I had. All received their orders and had no issues. My kisok order was somehow lost and waited 15 mins before anyone was able to talk. Told I could wait for items again but I just got a refund and taking all future business elsewhere. Mad I asked for a refund after their blunder.

Service is poor. Garbage is overflowing and garbage is everywhere because the is no place in the garbage can. I nicely try to tell that is to much garbage but the answer is come like; That it? They make food very slowly. This place use to be nice , but not anymore.

Honestly this was one of my worst Mcdonalds experiences. I ordered on the app and was in the mobile pick up parking spot and it took 15 minutes for them to bring us our food while everyone in the drive through just went by. There was peices of lettuce at the bottom of my fries and they forgot straws. Forgot to mention both the ice cream and the frozen fanta machines were shut down. They gave me diet coke when I order regular coke. I went inside and the lady inside at the register was on her phone.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

All the staff are extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. And even if you're not a native speaker, they go out of their way to help you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The best McDonald's in Florida.The attendant Flor is a sweetheart.

I ordered fries through doordash as 3:02am on chrostmas, I got burnt fries that were hard as a rock. I dont mean they got cold and then hard. They were warm and HARD, which means they gave me old dried up fries on purpose. What a lazy store, like I paid for this. They should put more effort or quit if they cant even work at mcdo alds correctly.

I will start by saying...the food was incredible and everything came fresh and hot! I have only had a chicken burger that good from Popeyes and I think the nuggets were the best I have ever had from a fast food restaurant or a McDonalds--anywhere. The staff members were friendly and patient. It was lunch time and the restaurant was moderately busy but to be honest the wait time was a little bit confusing. We didn't have a huge order and we had to wait over fifteen minutes in the parking lot to have our food delivered to the car.

Find another place to get food. There are better, faster options nearby. Service, quality, and speed are definitely overlooked here. We could have had food brought to us quicker at a sit down service restaurant.

If they ask you to pull forward in the drive thru, refuse. Or CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Lazy people wait for 5-6 orders to be ready and bring them all out to the pull over drive thru spots at once. Hot food gets cold

The service was a disaster. We waited over 40 minutes and they hadn't even started the order... several other customers also waiting >45 minutes for their food. We ended up getting a refund and going to Wendy's.

Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you have a lot of time for no compensation getting your order corrected. 7/10 times the accuracy of your order will be wrong, or FUBAR. The drive through line takes forever. If you can’t get out of your car for whatever reason, always be prepared for lap 2.

I’m only here to shout out the only guy who cared to help me and pay attention to me when I had been waiting an awhile.
He was sweeping and cleaning stopped what he was doing I could see him running around trying to get my order that was placed on the app. Thank you CHINO!!! Nicest sweetest guy ever.

Quality Piercings

Was super polite in the drive thru only
For the ginger woman at the window to be too cool to say a single word to me. Was too busy showing the woman with a mask on some man on her phone and “guess it went to voice mail”

I pull to the second window which is already open and sit there, no greeting. Reached out to hand me my food and drink separately without a single word or hello or wait a moment or here’s your food or nothing. No words. Classic McDonald’s post Covid fashion. Pick any other restaurant if you’re in this area and hungry because they just want to snap chat people and talk to each other instead of customers. 12:19am Friday dec 5th

All in all not a single word was uttered. Whata miserable terrible disgusting woman. I hope someone treats you the same way next time you go out.
