I was so exited to finally get my first McRib of the season and I got a super dry sandwich with absolutely no sauce and no onions but 3 pickles and the patty or the bread wasn’t even heated, what a waste for 12 dollar meal I would rate zero only cause the drive thru was fast but I see now why, they didn’t even cook the sandwich

Of all of the McDonalds that I’ve been to this year, this may have been the cleanest. The atmosphere was great! Some light Christmas decor and loud music in the main dining space, was pleasant. The area was clean and spread out and comfortable. Even their drink area was clean. And they repeatedly cleaned the area while I was there. The staff also acted and worked professionally.
One negative on the atmosphere the drive through window to give food to the vehicles was in the dining room by one of the entrances, right behind/next to a table for customers to eat at. This puts drivers right outside the window staring inside and puts staff constantly in your space with other people’s orders.
Big negative for me is, at least when I went, they refused to take your order at the normal cashier area and forced people to order via the app or kiosk. My order cannot be taken that way as they don’t have as many options on the kiosk and app as they have on their POS. So after an argument that left me wanting to leave, I had to use the kiosk and then force them to re-fire my food the way I wanted it, which would have been avoided if they simply spent less time to take my order than they did arguing with me and then learning that I was right when the options weren’t available. Their reasoning was that “it’s against policy to take orders.” Rubbish, just less employees to have to pay for. While the staff held their heads together and did eventually get my order right (which is why it’s not a 1 star), I cannot give any McDonalds anything higher than a 2 star when they flat out refuse to take your order.
With that said, the food, after re-fire was good (average). They just lost unnecessary revenue having to toss out an entire order and the time/effort on making a new one.
Parking: Fewer spots for drive through and pick up than others, but still little parking available.
Kid-friendliness: The space, low chairs, long bench seating all work well for kids. No play area though.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible and plenty of space in the dining room.

In the advertisement, the ice cream appears to fill the cup almost to the brim — thick swirls and a generous portion of soft serve, giving the impression of a satisfying and substantial serving. However, in reality, the portion is noticeably smaller. The cup looks underfilled, which clearly doesn’t match the expectations set by the promotional image. It feels like you’re getting less than you paid for.
Additionally, the concept of table service is supposed to make the dining experience more convenient when you’re seated and waiting for your order. However, when workers place your food on the pickup counter and leave it there, it defeats the whole purpose of table service. Burgers and fries sit there cooling down instead of being delivered promptly, which compromises the quality of the meal.

Lived in the area for over a decade and been came to the conclusion that this is by far the WORST place to get food in the champions gate area yet I still gave them a chance. Customer service….Trash. Food….Trash…. CLEANLINESS….TRASH!!! Overall trash. There’s a bunch of kids working there who couldn’t care less about anything. At this point.. throw the whole mcDonald’s away and replace it with something else…. Like a chik fil A (a place you can at LEAST get fake decent customer service)

Consistently get the wrong food despite having the receipt stapled to the outside of the bag. Don't go here.

This is consistently the WORST McDonald's and make Burger Kings look like five star restaurants.. Today's issues and lies I get from the employees is that there no ice. And almost refused to make the ice coffee and attitude problems when they gave us the wrong order number "well it's the same item" no I asked for NO SUGAR and that order might of had no sugar. And they remade again and the morons put sugar in it. I did talk to really nice but I am just pissed off and didn't feel like dealing with these idiots anymore.

It had been a long time since I had eaten at such a horrible McDonald's. The fries were stiff and cold and had no salt. They are the chewiest and most horrible fries I have ever eaten at a McDonald's. They had an intense taste of old oil, disgusting. 🤢My burger was missing lettuce, there wasn't even ice in the entire store, a horrible disaster. I paid 14& for a combo for which I would have paid 5$, all bad

They never have the apples for our oatmeal. They didn't have sausages today. Employees running because there are not enough employees. Management has to prepare a better work schedule. We are customers going almost every day. We'll have to start going to another one. Today we left.

I ordered dine in through the app. They gave me cold food in a to go bag and yelled from across the store to grab my food from them instead of bringing it to the table like usual.

Every time I come here for breakfast lunch or dinner—regardless of the items ordered, I am told to park at a curbside pickup and have to wait for 15 minutes plus to get my food. Food is usually luke warm at best and put together in the messiest way possible.

Dealt with the same woman, a manager I believe (was wearing a blue long sleeved shirt) as on a prior occasion who chintzed on whip cream which I 'd paid extra for on my macchiato. Today, I returned and she served me the macchiato with the drink only reaching 3/4 of the cup. She said because I'd asked for less ice I couldn't get the cup full. She offered to remake it telling me she would add more ice so the cup would be full. She was determined to rip me off!
Unbelievably dishonest. I am entitled to a full cup of coffee. If I want less ice, then that means she needs to add more coffee. She had an accent that sounded Middle Eastern but she appeared Caribbean.
