Came here to get lunch before my long trip to Tampa and ordered a meal with large fries, they told me to pull up to the next window because they are waiting on fries, since I was in a hurry I grabbed the bag and left just to realize they didn’t even put fries in my bag so I called and explained to the manager I didn’t get the fries and he told me he will give me the fries for free when I come back but when I explained that I had already paid for the fries so how is he gonna give me something for free when I already paid for them he told me he will reimburse me for the fries in cash so when I came back to get the fries the manager argued with me that he never said that he was gonna reimburse or give me free fries when I made sure he was clear on the phone that he was going to give them to me for free and reimburse me

Worst McDonald's experience ever! We waited 45 minutes for 2 orders! Then when I had asked for a cup with Ice because the self service soda machine was out of ice, I got an eye roll and an attitude from the young kid serving orders!

Showed up and a worker was passed out in one of the booths while the other was hiding in the back. Lights on, all doors unlocked, sign says 24hrs but, we’re told to leave cause they’re closed. Bummy place!!!

I spent the weekend here and they gave me the wrong coffee in the drive through both days. If you only want black coffee they can do that. That’s all you can get here.

They had loud R&B music blasting, which made the place feel uncomfortable. My double Filet-O-Fish was just thrown together in the box, and while the tartar sauce was in the bag, it wasn’t on the sandwich at all. I had to go up front, get some, and put the sandwich together myself. On top of that, the fish patties had a weird powdery consistency. Not a good experience overall.

I had a great experience thanks to Denise, who I believe is one of the managers at this McDonald's. I was short an item from a previous order and called the store to let them know. Denise apologized, explained what likely happened, took my name, and told me I could come in anytime and she’d take care of it. When I stopped by today, she gave me the item I was missing and also offered a complimentary large drink to make up for the inconvenience. She was friendly, fair, and understanding at the window. Denise made the situation right and did it with kindness. Really appreciated her help.
I came from Trinidad to Florida to get the best service from McDonald's from the employees especially from Mrs. Flo , she greeted us with a smile and chatted with us. Keep up the great service.

I can’t remember the last time I left a review for a McDonald’s! I traveled the country for my business. And I have eaten at many McDonald’s locations in various states.
Overall most McDonald’s service has gone down. People don’t really smile anymore much less welcome you when you walk in.
When I walked in to the wonderful ladies not only welcomed to me but did it with a smile! They also asked me how I was doing. This location is extremely clean and the staff is so incredibly friendly. These guys should be an example for all the other McDonald’s and the rest of the country. People are happy they are smiling and the patrons that come in have a wonderful experience.
