Drive thru employee rushed me through my order barely got a greet and just seemed like he didn’t care at all or want anyone there. When I got to the window to pay the employee was playing music and singing while leaning out the window making me feel uncomfortable while I was trying to get my cash to pay him for my meal. Again I felt extremely rushed and like I was an inconvenience to this guy. When I finally got up to the window to get my food everything seemed okay and the food came out at a decent speed but as I’m about to pull away the guy in the window starts yelling to another employee standing on the other side of my car. I then get home completely baffled by the lack of customer service I just received and the experience I just had. I open up my 4 piece McNugget and find no McNuggets but instead a box full of various unknown sauces. Luckily I hadn’t taken my shoes off yet and drove back to the store they offered to remake my meal and it was slightly better with some decent customer service from who I assume was the manager but I can’t say I’m pleased with this experience in the slightest. I had just gotten off of work and wanted the classic all American meal from McDonald’s with a smiling face and at least a little bit of care but received the bare minimum.

The customer service was bad. They messed up the order and when we asked them to fix it, they claimed they didn't mess up the order even when the receipt says the burgers should be plain. Shouldn't have had to spend time debating over what I ordered when it's right on the receipt. Fries were cold by the time we received our burgers.

Fast food restaurant right? Well, when will the day be that I request my order through the app and they give it to me quickly? They always send you to the Curbside Pick Up to wait 5 to 10 minutes. But you give them drinks first and of course the ice melts and everything tastes bad!

Very slow service, the right lane of the service car took almost 10 minutes to serve while the other was faster, each bag of potatoes was joined to 1 small size, totally cold

I recently visited a place that left me feeling disappointed and displeased. The behavior exhibited by the staff was unacceptable, and I believe management should take steps to address these issues. My daughter ordered a Caramel drink, but it was filled only halfway and topped with whipped cream to cover up the mistake. When I brought this to their attention, they grabbed the drink and threw it away with attitude. Although the drink was remade and handed to me eventually, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. As I sat with my family, my children informed me that the staff members were mocking me loudly from behind the counter, saying, 'Prefect right.' Causing a scene or wanting me to fight back. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and not fitting for any establishment that wishes to maintain a positive reputation. I will continue to further this report and push through to make this stop by Champions gate.

Terrible service, I spent 45 minutes waiting for my order to be given, people are racist in reverse. not to mention that the chicken was raw, They should change their employees. They only served brown people. Several times I tried to talk to the people serving and they ignored me ¡If I could give zero stars I definitely would!

Order a happy meal for my kid and once we got home the only thing in the chicken nugget box was some sort of weird sauce. Why?
Order through Uber did not received half of my order. Called the restaurant and no response.

Stopped by this morning 3/29/24 6:45am, and received amazing service like ALWAYS at this location. This is the only McDonalds we go to, my husband and I travel out of our way from Haines city with 2 locations closer to us. Keep up the great work!
