We came for brunch and LOVED the service and food! The manager treated us like royalty before we ever even walked into the place, escorting us from the lobby. We then had a lovely server who checked on us often and was super sweet.
Our pancakes were so soft and fluffy and buttery :) highly recommend! Get them with a fruit bowl too!

Friendly staff and high quality food at reasonable prices. We came here four times in one week with our 18-month-old son, and every meal exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of fresh fruit along with a variety of hot dishes. The lunch pizza and pasta dishes are well portioned, fairly priced, and consistently delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

We have enjoyed our stay at the Omni Orlando Resort here in Championsgate, and have enjoyed the dining experiences. For this particular event, our server, Donald, did an exceptional job in serving us. The cooks ensured that my wife who has celiac disease was well taken care of.

We really enjoyed this great spot for Italian food! Super friendly and attentive staff and delicious food. I had the ravioli and it was perfection. It was my birthday and they brought out a delightful dessert that was plenty for my husband and me to share. Highly recommend!

We had breakfast here couple of days. There was always a line outside for people to be seated. It’s a big place but lot of people come for breakfast so it was always busy. Food was amazing. Lot of healthy options. Fruits were fresh and they kept filling the bowls. Omelette station was nice. Our server was amazing and made sure we were well attended.

The food is truely mediocre. I'm sorry but you have to add sauce to pasta otherwise its like eating cardboard. The reason this place gets a 5 star rate is the service. Donald is quiet possibly the best host and waiter you're gonna get! Beyond curtious and helpful from beginning to end. Deserves accolades because he made the experience memorable for me and my family and honestly, it made all the difference. I would not eat here again tbh. Unless I'm guaranteed Donald is gonna take care of me and my family. Also add sauce to your dishes please I'm serious.

1.5 hours wait for kids’ pancakes and a yoghurt cup for breakfast. I’m speechless and infuriated. The waiter checked on us once during this waiting time.
The chair cushions were dirty and full of crumbs. Food was great and the service was amazing. Donald our server was amazing!

Our family stay was truly made special thanks to Stephanie and Iro. From the very first day, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail did not go unnoticed.
They were always attentive, patient with our kids, and genuinely warm in every interaction. They remembered our preferences, checked on us often, and always greeted us with the biggest smiles. You can truly tell they love what they do, and it shows in the exceptional service they provide.

The Omni is a fine convention hotel. It is beautifully appointed and most employees understand the spirit of service. But Trevi's is a disappointment from start to finish. It has no Italian decor, just a big, plain, open room filled with generic furnishings. The servers lack finess and while the menu looks interesting the products they provide are dull, boring and tastless - abd the wine list is right of Applebees. All of this at extremely high (get the tourists) pricing. Avoid at all costs.
