Sammy was one of the best waiters we have ever had! He was so kind to us and our little family with suggestions of food and wine. He also helped us substitute items to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The food was incredible. We will definitely be back!!

Food was wonderful! The family style portions were perfect for our party of 7. Mataus was an excellent server! For breakfast Alex was an excellent server. Definitely the best restaurant at the Omni.

The buffet selection for the brunch was pretty good. Service was not great. We ordered coffee and an alcoholic beverage. The coffee came out with cups, but no milk or sugar and we did ask for those things. About 10 minutes later we got the drinks and that's when we got the sugar and the milk. I just think that's poor planning. Also when we were done, we were not asked if we would like anything else. So the service was fine. I just think the staff needs to be retrained. They were all very pleasant, but they weren't really good servers. At least the one I had wasn't. The food was good and the resort is really pretty. I'd recommend this brunch.

I found the food to be average at best. I was really expecting something greater from a restaurant rooted inside of the Omni. The service was slow. We had to ask for the check multiple times. Not sure if I would go back or not at this point.

Came here for Easter Brunch - the food and atmosphere was a 10 out of 10 but what I truly enjoyed and whole heartily enjoyed was the service provided by Sammy, our waiter. I could have mistaken him for family because his hospitality was so authentic!! I felt as I was right at home - solely because of the service he provided not only my husband and I but our two young children. He’s phenomenal!

Amazing upgraded food options on an extended buffet to suit everyones cravings. Trisha provided perfect attentive service and went above and beyond providing a heated towel for my hands after i dug into perfect crab leg clusters. Next time, not eating for 24 hours before so i can truly taste all the options.

We had a great time at Trevi! Our server, Don, was fantastic and so personable. He was attentive, yet not overbearing, and made our 6 month wedding anniversary dinner one to remember! They even had an off-menu wine produced in the same area of Tuscany we were married in! Highly recommend the Chicken Parmesean and any of their soups. Great time all around!

The ambiance at Trevi's was good. Surprisingly it was inside of Omni resort hotel. The food was AMAZING! The omelet was big and flavorful. The toppings were amazing. The potatoes that came as a side with it was amazing. The only issue we had with the whole entire visit was the service from our server Alex (I believe his name was). He was slow to greet us, slow to take our order, slow to provide our order and slow to give us our receipt. The cherry on top was to be I believe the manager Maria. She greeted us with a birthday card for my husband for his birthday; and at the end of the visit she presented us with a cheesecake for his birthday. She was delight and made the visit so much better.
