Horrendous Italian food. I was expecting upscale and authentic, but what I got was TV dinner microwave worthy. TLDR: Osteria Italian Kitchen in champions gate right down the road is more authentic and worth it than this place.First indication something was off was the wine selection, very limited and mostly non Italian wines at ridiculous prices. Secondly was their bruschetta, which was like, 4 day old tomatoes they cut up and served on top of stale bread. They were pink, and not ruby red like fresh tomatos are. Third their buratta panzanella was mostly stale croutons with maybe 1/8 tomatos and 1/8 zucchini.Lasagna was laughable: 9 sheets of pasta with two layers of cheese in the mix (bagged cheese to be fair) and top layer with a little tiny bit of meat. (Menu says a mix of beef, veal and pork but to me tasted just beef and maybe pork). Sorry excuse for an Italian restaurant and if there is a they chef should be fired.

The dinners were outstanding. Since it was a birthday dinner, they gave us a free dessert plate that was fantastic and consisted of tiramisu, meringues pot d'chocolate. It is now our favorite birthday place

You're doing your experience a disservice if you don't request Sammy...enough said!

Being that I worked at a real Italian restaurant before, it was ok. I would have never added croutons to the Mozzarella di Bufala, though. When I ordered the salad entrees, I was informed that they were large with a, “are you sure you want two salads? They are rather large.” If you want to inform me that they are large, why didn’t my server inform me that my rosé was going to be $99 for a glass? She didn’t even offer me a 6oz or 8oz; she just gave me a full glass. Be consistent in your service. Telling me the salads I ordered were large showed that you were trying to dissuade me from purchasing, yet you were upselling a $99 glass or rosé that I looked up online later? ? I ordered an appetizer, two salads because I like both, and an entree. I was using one of my salads (the carrots) as a side. If they’re large, there’s a thing called a refrigerator upstairs in my room. Plus my husband could have eaten the other half for my big excited eyes. She was polite, but she served me like as if I was an unintelligent idiot and didn’t know my way around Italian food or a menu. If I give a server trust and the confidence to pair the wine with my salads, that means I’m skilled in ordering, not naive. I understand that yall probably don’t do wine tastings with your servers before service, after service,or on an off day, so they can be well-versed in a menu. But tell me what you’re ordering me. She didn’t even tell me where it was from, the tasting notes, or the year. I realize yall cannot afford Runners to explain what they are about to serve you like a real Italian restaurant. Of course I already know what I ordered, but go to iL Brutto in Austin or even Italy; you will learn how to run better restaurant. I think Gordon Ramsay should come in from kitchen nightmares to spruce y’all up. The server takes the order, the runner brings the food to the table and says what they are about to put down on your plate. They tell you the ingredients in the food. Instead of saying Lamb Scottadito, they would put the food down in front of you and say, “Lamb Scottadito from Happy Farms braised in San Marzano DOP blah blah with mint from Happy Gardens on a pea puree. It pairs well with this butter wine called XX from Italy 2019.”I gave her 20% because she’s a shark and needs it to pay her rent or maybe car insurance, so I pity thee. But for $260 +, this was not iL Brutto or any Italian restaurant in DC.I recommend avoiding this place like the plague and going elsewhere for Italian food, preferably 4.9 stars and up. I saved some for the room for my husband when he got back from seeing his kids and he didn’t even eat it.Also, the Tiramisu’s would not beat my former co-worker’s Tiramisu. She beat Bobby Flay’s Tiramisu. ?Don’t take advantage of kindness because I’m just rating you the entire time. Please work at a restaurant trailer park, server. It fits. That’s the service I received.

The food was incredible, and I expected that being highly rated and at the Omni. Loved all of it! What truly blew me away was the service! Sammy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we had truly the best night of our lives. We were celebrating my 7 year olds birthday, with a 4 year old, 1 year old, and grandparents in tow. Sammy took great care in addressing each person individually, superseding all needs, making magic for my kids, and truly exuding love for caring for and serving others. My dad has worked in hotel and restaurant management for 35+ years, plus operating his own catering business, and we truly have never experienced such genuine heart, soul, and passion for one's profession. He is the rarest of gems! The entire staff at Trevi's seemed phenomenal, though we had smaller interactions with them. Truly, if you're going, try calling ahead and asking if Sammy is there for the evening. You will have the best night ever, on service alone! Everything else was gravy! We weren't staying at the Omni, and chose Trevi's by chance out of many other Italian restaurants in the area (my son wanted spaghetti and meatballs for his birthday dinner), and I'm beyond grateful that we did!

Great experience! Dawn L was an excellent example of what great waitress service should be versus what most restaurants offer these days to their customers which is much less. All of the rest of the staff appeared to be very similar in their efforts to please their customers.

Our first time eating at this restaurant. The food was good, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, but the service was exceptional. Emily was personable, efficient, and treated us as if we were guests in her home. Trevi's is very fortunate to have a server of her caliber.

I had multiple meals here this last week. Breakfast multiple days, dinner, and even a meal delivered via room service. Sammy was my server/host last night, and he was very grateful for the tip I gave. I believe in being outrageously generous. Tonight, after we had dinner in our room, 2 sweet young ladies from Travi's brought a dessert I didn't order. They apologized for "disturbing" me, which they weren't anyway, and stated they wanted to give this dessert because of my generosity. I was floored. Although I was at the Omni for the Vai Academy 7.0, this restaurant and the warm and friendly service was the absolute highlight of the week.

We are from the UK and are experiencing our first Christmas in Orlando. We were a bit apprehensive of where to book for Christmas lunch. Trevis buffet was amazing we had a great time! Also a special mention to our server ALEX he was outstanding and made our experience magical and enjoyable. He couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much of a problem for him. We can't wait to return

Sammy is the best! Referring to Sammy as a great waiter or server - those words do not do him justice. He is beyond expectations!Dietary restrictions: There are very tasty gluten free options!
