Our experience at Wendy’s was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the restaurant was relatively clean, and the food was decent. As with most fast food, the quality is subjective and depends on personal taste. We received our food quickly, which is expected at a fast food establishment.
However, one significant issue stood out. While we were dining, there was a loud argument among the staff that was clearly audible in the dining area. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for our family, particularly for our children. We had to explain to them why the staff were arguing, which was not an ideal situation, especially given their young age. Disputes among employees should be handled privately, away from customers.
To end on a positive note, this was otherwise a decent fast food experience. Whether we return will depend on future circumstances.

This is the first time I've ever come to this Wendy's. I was amazed at how friendly the employees were during a busy lunch shift. The Woman who was helping me at the counter she was so friendly, assisted me with the SpongeBob burger. Will definitely come back here

Absolutely horrible they would not take credit card. I had to go to the ATM to get cash and then my food was ice cold the cheese was not even melted. It looked like it had been sitting on there for days. The fries felt like they was microwaved absolutely terrible do better Wendy’s.

I hate that this is the closest Wendy's to me. I went to get food late, after working, in the food services business myself. To get my food made wrong and bad attitude. Smh. They need to replace these people with ai already.

Cashier name: Natalie Date:10/17/2024 Time: 9:39 PM. Very bad experience with Natalie who gave me an attitude because she got my order wrong. As per reading my order before paying I told her she had something wrong and to remove it from my order, she said she did, respectfully I had told her that if she removed it why is it the same price? She then goes off by saying “WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT” which in reality i was just looking confused because you would think if an item is removed, the price should not be the same. Upon checking the receipt item was never removed and the item was not in the bag. Please try to listen before trying to argue unknowingly. Very unprofessional. Will not return to this Wendys again.
