First time I got a cold Jr Bacon Chesseburge from the Wendy's in Florida by DisneyWorld... very disappointing. The Chilli, they didn't even offer Cheese, but it was still good.

For the third time in a month i was denied when asked for Mayonnaise. They told me they are out if stock. Incredible! For me mayo is a must with french fries. Every other burger store have it available without asking for!

Done with Wendy's. Multiple times I've visited here and today was my last when I wait in their drive through that uses AI. Wait in the long line and get to the window and they are out of what I ordered. Excuse was their holiday delivery truck messed up. The other visits were not during the holiday. Wendy's used to be a decent fast food.

I've been to hundreds of Wendy's across the nation, and I like going there since Wendy's is pretty darn consistent with good food... Not this one. Terrible cold food, and staff was struggling. Need a new manager here to get things back to how Wendy's should be.

Don’t go here. The service was slow. Took about 10 minutes to actually take our order. Twenty minutes to get our burgers and fries only to find out all were cold. No ice in the ice machine.
It was sad.

Trying to get breakfast and this location is not open at 7:10. They are supposed to open at 7:00. There was an employee sitting in her car and one sitting at an outside table waiting on whoever was supposed to show up and open.

I usually do not review but this place is unbelievable. I doordashed from here and expected a baconator fries and a biggie bag with no pickles. My baconator fries was not brought to me so I called the store and the lady on the phone told me “We didnt make it because we had no bacon.” Are we serious right now?! You are supposed to ask ur customers because we payed for this. Not only that but my burger ended up coming with pickles. This is ridiculous. Not only do they not read their orders but they take their customers money without giving refunds. Thankfully Doordash handled the situation. Never ordering from this wendy’s again.

I'm sorry... The food isn't bad, sometimes it's meh on the chicken but OMG this place does not run efficiently. They are always backed up or having some issue. Today my mobile order took longer than a restaurant 😕 25 min.!! They need to have more help or just people that have a sense of urgency on making fast food efficient and... Fast.
