Horrible customer service. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for years and I officially can say I will never go again. Employees are rude, and they exemplify the opposite of what this franchise should represent! I recommend you take your Wendy’s business to another location because this one ain’t it!

The customer services always is poor they have attitude for everything. Even when you tell them an show them they are missing stuff from orders they get ofended and treat you like if you are not paying the food. Every time something is missing and all of you need to learn how to say thank you not because we are customers is because it shows how good educated you really are if someone says thank you say it back and this is every employee so most likely the work environment is so bad that that is how treat the customers
