A wonderful experience! I dined at Zens three nights in a row while attending a conference—two nights with colleagues and the third with my husband for a date night. Each visit was exceptional! The food was delicious, the service warm and attentive, and the ambiance perfectly suited every occasion. Highly recommend!
This place is kind of Chinese mixed with Japanese. The gyoza app was the best food item we ordered!! Delish! The fish was kind of sweet and the shrimp friend rice was just fine. The server was great and the drinks were good too. Convenient place in the hotel to go for some Chinese type food, not a big sushi menu to choose from so we skipped that.
I love Omni and I really hate leaving bad reviews, but the food here was disappointing. The Lo Mein was bland and lacked even basic seasoning or salt, very plain. The General Tso’s chicken also fell flat and didn’t taste fresh. I’ve honestly had much better meals from small local Chinese spots for a fraction of the price.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, the food needs to be at least decent, and unfortunately this just wasn’t.
The one bright spot: service was excellent, friendly and attentive. But overall, the food was mediocre and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend.

The food and service were both very good. The wait staff was excellent and attentive and had an extensive knowledge of the menu. The only down side was a large table in the back that was very loud. I assume there was much alcohol consumed at that table. My table was at the front of the restaurant and the loud table was in the very back and it was loud enough to making it hard to hear by dinner partner. They had a small chinese menu and a fairly large Sushi offering. The hot and sour soup was very good and quite spicy. The General Tso and Tenderloin with Bok choy were both very good.
Love the Management, the hospitality, the service, the staff and the exceptional food and ambience my favorite place
My husband & I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Zen tonight. Our server, Justin, offered recommendations that made our meal amazing. Thanks to him and the chef, an excellent experience all around!

The food was delicious but the service was excellent. Our server made the evening very enjoyable.
Across the board 5⭐️’s it was an awesome experience!! Thank you for being so attentive and personable it made us feel so welcomed dining with you. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere lived up to its name Zen, very soothing, beautiful decor. Also how cool was it to have light up menu’s that glowed when opened for easy reading. The staff is terrific, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. It was a team effort, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Hussein the manager checked with us on several occasions. He is a pleasure to speak with and is the staff seems to respect him immensely.

The food was great. Sushi and all we got were delicious. Our busser was friendlier and nicer than our server. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her. The ambiance is beautiful and we had fun either way! Wish there were some gluten friendly items marked.
The food was outstanding. Our server, Kayli (not sure of spelling) was very professional and attentive. So glad we found ZEN.

Everything was perfect...our server (Ching) was extremely knowledgeable about the menu..my wife has celiac and dairy issues, which she was able to navigate through, ensuring my wife had an excellent meal.
Great service and food! Sushi making class was great as well!

What an amazing experience. I went there with my husband and our son. The place is nice, very intimate, cozy. The decoration is on point. For appetizers we ordered the calamari and dumplings. The calamari were excellent. I got the ginger salad which was delicious and for main course we got chicken lo mein and general tsao-s chicken with lo mein. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect and the best part of all was the service. Matt and José were our servers. They were amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, attentive. They went above and beyond just to make sure we were having a great evening. They truly made our experience a wonderful one. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and we will definitely go back.

Took 1 hour 13 minutes to get drinks. This was after saying something to the manager. Manager seemed to care more about his outfit than helping staff. Yes it was the 4th but the restaurant wasn't full. It took 1 hour and 26 min to get a salad and soup that are premade. The entire experience was a disaster. We would have left but we wouldn't have time to make it to fireworks or find another place. Even still we missed the pre fireworks event in the lobby. The server was nice but he wasn't cooking and clearly the manager didn't care to help his staff. We have eaten here many times this was awful. Our friends will never return we were embarrassed to be put in this position.
We really enjoyed it! Great food. Nice service. Bring a sweater it's a little chilly but that's my only complaint. Fantastic otherwise, will be back
