Well worth the drive! Ordered the Deep Dish Godzilla and it was grand! Patty was an excellent hostess and the owner was so hospitable. I'll be back!

Being from Chicago, it was great to find a pizza place that was as good as expected! If you know Chicago it’s like Lou Malnatis or Peaquod’s! Excellent place and great service from the family business.

First time visiting and won’t be the last. Family owned, the lady who took our order was very kind and helpful, pizza came out perfectly. Thin & crispy balanced with the right amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. (Very appreciative of the ice cold beer mugs too) These folks know what they’re doing & easily the best in the area in this style of pizza. Love seeing a family that cares and takes pride in what they do, highly recommend stopping by!

Friendly family run restaurant. Decided to try it because of the deep dish Chicago style pizza. Was not disappointed the crust is fabulous nice crunchy cheese edges, excellent garlic flavor, tomato sauce was delicious, generous toppings and every bite made you want more. Loved this place for deep dish pizza. Much closer than going to Chicago to find pizza this good.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've had pizza here several times and it always blows me away. Best Chicago style deep dish pizza I've ever had... hands down, the absolute best.

I've had Lou Malnati's pizza several times but Lou couldn't stand a chance against Angelo's recipe for deep dish. This place is worth the trip!

Great thin crust pepperoni pizza, great chili dog, friendly, helpful service, clean restaurant. We will definitely return. We came as a large group of 8 and initially had to wait briefly for a table to open up so we could all sit together.

The pizza was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza and garlic knots were the best I've had anywhere. Definitely a must go to spot. The restaurant was very clean . EVERYTHING about this place is 100% first class. This is a gem you dont want to miss!!!

Some of the best pizza you could eat with a staff that no matter what here and ready to serve, and listen to customer opinion, one of the greatest family owned businesses I've seen in Freeport in 15 years top teir!!! The mayor and the citizens have spoken!! Best Pizza in town i challenge everyone to come get a large sausage and put it against any in the next hundred miles!!!

We finally found the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza we have been longing for since we moved from the Windy City! The pizza toppings and crust were fresh and delicious. We couldn't finish the entire pizza because we just HAD to try the beef sandwich, which was also fantastic. Looking forward to our leftovers tomorrow. We will definitely be back for the pizza and beef and we'll have to try a gyro and hot dog at some point...decisions, decisions....
