Where do I start? I’m from Destin and it’s my 1st time in Bubba Jacks. I’m actually opening an Aesthetics business right up the rd. Everyday I would see cars everywhere in parking lot, so I decided to try it out. I was Welcomed at the door with a smiling face, waitress came right up for drink order and menu. I placed my order, I went to send an email and typed about half and my food was on the table. Literally 3-4 mins from the time I ordered. My 1st thought was oh oh is this stuff mass cooked and then served? Was it gonna be good?. All I can say really is it was the BEST Philly Steak sandwich I’ve ever had and that’s the gods honest truth. I sat in the area where I could see the cooks. The food is cooked for the order, they are just fast. My drink never got half empty before another smiling waitress (not my original waitress) came to fill my cup up. Feel free to look at my profile I’m not one to leave reviews so when I do, my experience was 5 ⭐️. Bubba Jacks thank you for a great lunch and great lunch experience. You will see me prob tomorrow lol. This will be my regular lunch spot in Freeport and love how happy everyone is in this establishment.

If you’re not local stay away! Owner is very rude to customers. We were seated by waitress I told her we had a few of our party of six a minute away. She still seated us and the owner come up to us complaining to us being very rude to us. Nothing should have been said to the customer! Our first and last trip needless to say we left and did not eat. We will never be back and I will share with everyone I know!

I had the fried fish, home cut fries, and coleslaw. Tasted great the place was recommended and bubba jacks came thru. Many choices the place was very busy, but we found a table.

Our first time here, passing through. We didn't get a ticket at the table, was told to meet at the register. I went to the car, my husband paid. We ordered the daily special was $12.99. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a water. Our bill was $32 without tip, we left $5 on the table. Wasn't worth the price

Drove out from Niceville. Walked in, no real designated place to wait. It was so crowed near the door that I ended up touching people who were seated at a table. Also, there was a lot of traffic out of the kitchen and bathroom, causing further congestion.
The lady who was checking out a couple never acknowledged any of the people who had walked in and started to wait. Ultimately, I left after standing around awkwardly for 10 minutes.
Seemed busy, so I'd guess it's a good spot. However, I won't waste my time driving there again. Might be worth it if you live in Freeport.
