Went on a Sunday after church. Kinda busy but service was great. Friendly atmosphere. I had a patty melt, others with me had Philly steak sandwiches both were delicious. We will definitely dine there again!

You can only give the food A 5, I would put it on a scale of an 8. It's a little slow getting your food. But well worth the wait, grab a donut on the way here, just don't miss it.

Bad dining experiences and we didn’t even make it to ordering food. My party of two came in expecting to be seated. The first waitress told us she would split up a table so we could sit. Fine, no problem. Then a party of six walked in right after us, and suddenly another waitress stepped in and said they weren’t going to split the table anymore. Instead of seating us properly, they literally tried to sit us with another couple who was already at a table.

To make things even more awkward, the people they tried to put us with looked at us and asked, “Do you have more coming?” As if we were all supposed to just pile in together like some kind of cafeteria. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. At that point, we decided to just walk out.

If a restaurant can’t figure out how to seat a party of two without creating chaos and confusion, then they don’t deserve my business. Won’t be back.

Competently cooked dishes, but the flavors fell flat—well-prepared yet under-seasoned, leaving everything tasting a bit bland. Combine that with a disorganized staff and a 45-minute wait, and the whole experience leaned more frustrating than enjoyable. A place with potential, but it needs sharper seasoning and sharper service.

The staff was nice enough. But I knew we were cooked when they brought out complimentary cobbler.

They have the BEST BLT stacked with eggs, cheese, tomato and lettuce on toasted bread. I ordered a side of cheesy grits....they truly are the very best! What a wonderful place to eat. Their service is fantastic 👏. The servers are friendly, the cooks are outstanding. It's always busy and filled with locals. This is my kind of place. I ate the other half of my sandwich.

So freeport has lost its mind if they believe this is worthy of 4.5 stars. Yall seriously need to go out more and explore the countryside a little bit. The food was bland and greasy. The French frys that got served looked and felt like they needed a blue chew from being so oily and limp. The fried pickles were served in a bed of grease. The fish tacos only savior was the sauce which wasn't that great either. How do you make a patty melt and a Philly dry... A Philly shouldn't need au jus just to get flavor or moisture. This restaurant replaced another before it and I dont see this one lasting in that space either.
