My experience was not good,first ,I was next in line to order my food ,the guy at to he register took off to the restroom when it was my turn, next I asked for help from another worker there and was ignored,then finally the one that went to the to rr came back and asked me if anyone helped me I told him no. That i was ignored.and also the fries where not fresh. I was not happy.

I used the drive through at 5:30 pm today One vehicle ahead. It was a total of 13 minutes waiting to get to the window. My order was woefully poor. Ordered a simply burger combo. . Without describing the inconsistencies usual to fast food actual, my lettuce was two flakes the size of quarters on a hamburger. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to get leaving the order speaker after a disjointed conversation. Three times I asked to hold tomato. Yes. I got one anyway. Tragedy or comedy? I just lived a fast food Seinfeld episode. I don’t know if anyone can be disappointed with drive through fast food, but I am here. Pitiful for $12. Always find something good to say. Lighting was good. Don’t recommend

I just went through the drive-thru ordered a number the # 11 cheeseburger I get to the window to pay the guy and I find out that he put my cheeseburger in the microwave and I asked him y'all cook your hamburgers in the microwave ?he said no we heat them up that way we do grill them but we heat them up in the microwave, well if you grill them then why are you heating it up in the microwave? So there not made to order.and I won't ever eat there again.and there slushie machine is down

Literally got handed a Sunday with no lid and fries with no bag (I was in the drive thru) and of course, everything spilt and when I asked if I could get a new one, I got told that it was my fault and I said well yeah you didn’t give me a lid or a bag and he said you have to ask for it…. A bag and a lid for drive thru. Then I had to sit there cleaning up my seat and food ruined all over the place. Paid 10$ to get pissed off. Also it was one of the short Indian guys.

Given order wrong order and order with missing toppings. Was supposed to be double toppings at that, what I was handed was vanilla ice cream. Nbd, happens. Bright it back inside to fix the issue, after asking the man in the skull cap rolled his eyes puts some in and slaps it back on the counter. Not much ruins my experience while getting food because I understand it can get hectic. An attitude like it’s my fault when you’re the one who forgot the toppings in the first place is ridiculous. You’re an ice cream man, just make the ice cream.
