I am so extremely grateful for the people that work here(dairy queen off 331 in Freeport). I pulled up to the drive thru on Saturday September 28th to place my order and got to the window to pay for my food only to realize that I didn't have the money to pay and the gentleman (josh) apparently paid for my entire order and made sure that we got food and when asked why he did it he said we have to look out for each other. I am so very humbled right now. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

I'm a local, so I have my own list of where to go for a good burger, seafood, chicken sandwich, etc. Where it comes ice cream treats, Dairy Queen is my go-to place. Overall, the staff are consistently competent and personable. However, there is one guy that really stands out in my mind. He is known as "Red". I feel like this man appreciates me for being his customer. Simply put, Red is a good and gentle human being - a rare trait in the fast food service industry these days. Kudos to the Freeport, FL Dairy Queen for employing this guy. I hope they realize the value he brings in to work each day.
I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken tender meal. One for me and one for My son and my tenders were bare on sauce and I was shorted a slice of bread and so was my son. His tenders had a tiny bit more of sauce but they were lacking bad and we paid $29 just for the two and we didn't even get all the food or the right food. Sucks being the only dq around cuz I don't wanna go again cuz this was not thr first disappointment

When approaching from the north be careful as it is easy to miss turn off for this place but easy to take next turn to get to it. Parking lot layout is good and it was clean. Bathroom was a little messy in both men and women’s. Service was a little slow but staff was trying to be attentive. As for the dessert, it’s DQ, it’s always been good for me ?. Getting back out to the highway is easy to navigate.
