They have done it YET again!!! I asked for buffalo sauce and they gave me honey mustard and IM ALLERGIC. They forgot my toast and can't seem to realize I asked for it. They need to get their door dashing and driveway fixed and have ALLL of my food next time

When approaching from the north be careful as it is easy to miss turn off for this place but easy to take next turn to get to it. Parking lot layout is good and it was clean. Bathroom was a little messy in both men and women’s. Service was a little slow but staff was trying to be attentive. As for the dessert, it’s DQ, it’s always been good for me ?. Getting back out to the highway is easy to navigate.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The last three times I've been, my chicken strip basket has not come with Texas toast. But I guess that's not included when you pay almost $20 for 3 things at a fast food place now.

I generally enjoy DQ on a regular basis. Brings back a lot of memories from my youth. My concerns are that the very nice and customer service oriented young man at the register had a large head of hair and a beard without a covering to prevent his hair from accidentally getting onto the food. Also, the interior temperature was a too cold to be comfortable. I like DQ and its menu choices and intend to continue to go there for fast food, I hope, however, these two concerns will be addressed.
Could be a little clean, but the service was good and so was the food. Recommend getting the reeses cake!

Very friendly, personable young man took our order and delivered it to our table promptly. Food was hot and good. Was impressed to see the young man who was our server constantly busy, sweeping, wiping down. Not once standing around idle. All the time being attentive to us as well. First visit here but will definately be back.

Husband & myself ordered cheeseburger combo. Must write a review on just how bad the food was. Truly covered with mustard so thick I had to scrap most of it off with a spoon. The burger had about a dime size of ketchup on it, completely covered with two layers of pickles. The bun was cold and flavorless. Such a bad experience that together we vowed to never return. Be warned! Can't review ice cream as didn't want to order after food experience.
I went through the drive thru yesterday. There was a long line of cars. When it was my turn to order I was greeted immediately and told they would be with me shortly. The person taking my order was very friendly. The line moved quickly. My order was fresh and made correctly. Great experience over all and will be back!

So we've gone here twice now. The first time was very lackluster. But this second time was a much better experience. The food was cooked fresh and to perfection. The order was 100% accurate. The girl running the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The place was a bit dirty on the inside, and tables needed to be cleaned. But other than that, we really had no complaints. That firehouse burger was delicious.
